I love how your classes are both technical (e.g. connecting the upper body and pelvis through activating the core), calming and challenging. I feel amazing now ❤

This was one of my favorites. Call me crazy but I love all the variations of side plank. I’ve been taking your classes for a few years now and I’ve reached another milestone! I can easily jump to the front of my mat instead of stepping!!!! Your class is the best!

Wonderful! While I did this class in my garden, a gorgeous butterfly landed on me - how yoga is that?! I think it was telling me that life is beautiful but ephemeral, so we should make each moment count.

Wonderful class; loved the pace and the 3-legged dog/side plank variations. This pace is probably my favorite as well as it allows me to get into a meditative state. Longer version for us CMC'ers, perhaps? 😉 Thank you for continuing to innovate in your teaching.

Great practice and nice variety. I really liked the core challenge, lowering and lifting. Re the email question: what I prefer relates to what I am doing: swimming, cycling, skiing, running, etc. I use my yoga to balance it out, give strength or stretch to wherever it is needed. For example, I did a lot of hills in cycling yesterday, so my legs really needed some love afterwards, and the cross stretching at the end felt so amazing. Thank you Tim for another great session.

Oh and i just googled levelized and it's a word (Levelized means an even amount of revenue requirement over a period of time that is equivalent to the present value of the stream of revenue requirements that would be determined for the same period of time based upon the declining book value of the items subject to the levelization. The return to be used in the present value calculations is based on the net of tax rate of return authorized by the Commission in the utility's last general rate case.) 😅😂 Thank you sooooo much! Fantastic flow today Tim! felt a little different than the usual pace and really enjoyed the sequencing with side planks and back to warrior 2, reverse, triangle'n onward in the middle

I love how many of your recent morning practices manage to feel calming yet still challenging in some poses. I rarely do yoga in the morning (mid-afternoon typically) and I think this gently paced approach to waking up the body is perfect. Some more fast-paced morning vinyasa flows can be a little unforgiving on a body that is fresh from bed!
