Nice strong practice - great way to start the day. One thing that I have never done before (which I really liked was the wide legged forward fold twist, which one arm to the chest - I've always done it with one arm to the floor, but this variation was really nice. Also that balance work, at 6am my balance was slightly dodgy, but I stayed up for most of it! Thanks for another great practice, Tim 🙂

Was not sure what would give out first - my computer battery or mine. WOW. What a class. LOVE LOVE LOVE that Tim shows alternatives for bad knees. SOOOOO grestly appreciated. (FYI - the computer battery went first 👍)

This sequence was fun. Loved the balancing poses (the transitions between were fun and challenging) as well as the sequence facing the long-side of the mat. Sometimes it's nice to mix things up. It helps to give me a fresh perspective on my mat. Thank you!
