I just found your channel and have watched a few of your videos and I am loving your breakfast videos! It is so difficult to find nutritious breakfast ideas/recipes that aren't just focused on carbs or eggs. To me it makes sense to have a vitamin-filled breakfast with a smaller dinner (at least that's my aim) to manage weight, energy, and sense of fullness. And that seems to be an example of what you have shown in this video. I'm excited to check out your other videos!

I always learn something new in your videos, Tish. I'm in the mood for omelet tomorrow, definitely going to bring that chia pudding with me to work on Monday to start off the week with a solid breakfast. The tuna & sweet potato plate will be perfect for lunch, I love preparing my lunches to bring to work. And that beef stew, yummy! It is perfect for these cold winter months. Here in Denmark it starts getting dark before 4pm, and it's been raining like everyday when it's not an actual hailstorm, and windy af. Will never get used to this weather! So that's why we need comfort food like creamy polenta. I made this recently actually.
On another note will you ever be hosting an event like the one you did back in the early UA-cam days? There's a lovely video from that evening here on your channel. Would be absolutely mesmorising to see what you would come up with.

Good morning so you count calories and how long is your workout time… I do currently 8 minutes on the treadmill however I was advised to up it up 2-3 minutes each week😭 Ms for all the food that you cook for your recipes can you give me ll the stores because some f this stuff is not in Walmart and Kroger… o heard you did farmers market and we have one here in my states however I know you probably shop at other stores because some of the seasons you use and some of the vegetables you use are not in Walmart nor Kroger…. Thank you Tish in advance
Have you tried whole foods or Trader Joe's? They will.have a wider selection than.Kroger etc..
