I'm not anymore but I now eat the healthiest I've ever eaten. Savoury breakfasts, changing how I eat for each cycle, lots of good fats like olive oil, salmon, good quality eggs etc. Fresh vegetables. I feel so amazing and I've lost 5 stone overall. I'm pregnant with my 4th child and just feel amazing. My husband and children do too. Thank you for sharing your journey!

Another good herb to add to your sleep tea would be Valerian, I have a tea I like to drink with that included and I've had it by itself and it helps me sleep really well. They call valerian "nature's Xanax" lol I once gave it to a coworker who was having a hard time sleeping for a few nights and the next day she came up to me with all smiles hugged me and said thank you because she slept so good 😄

Yes, this is my exact issue. I have left over things always. I try to plan my meAls with similar ingredients all for the same week
