For remembering to take supplements and any medication, it’s helpful to use a weekly pill box. You can fill it at the beginning of the week and just leave it out where you will see it. All the food looks divine, definitely getting inspo for mealprepping this weekend. Thanks tish~
I buy cucumbers by the case from a farm near my apartment. I buy the so much that they remember me now and when I come in their store, they be like a box of cucumbers right? LOL I also get Okra, tomatoes, peaches, strawberries from them if I cant make it to the big farmers market. I enjoy these videos and especially when you visit the farmers market.
Now tish I’ve been a subscriber for years literally when you were vegan and I have to testify how you put me on bee pollen YEARS ago and it changed my health!! I never get allergies during spring and pollen is so thick here. ❤❤❤ recipes always look amazing and so do you!!

I too take breakfast very seriously. I wake up ravenous- I have a big breakfast, then lunch is usually a salad or some type of fish & dinner is a suggestion 😬 if I do make dinner I usually only eat 1/3 of what I made. Usually heavy on veggies. But breakfast I cannot skip- never.

Simple abdominal massage to lift and center the uterus - can be quite helpful for people who are very active who might have a uterus sitting low on the pelvic floor. Sounds weird but really simple and wonderful and helpful. xox
