Oh, man, that is a thing of beauty! Yeah, it not only looks GREAT but it's so incredibly imaginative that I was walking through practically "seeing" who was working in the offices and why, understanding that they were building "X" and why, etc. Just amazing!

Fuck me, what an amazing mod! It always pisses me off when I find out about some cools mods AFTER I've already finished some of my big settlements :D Btw the whole factory looks great, especially that back exit. I LOVE it! :)

Niiiice. The decorating is top notch Bethesda style. Also, the ramp on the back was definitely one of my favorite parts; it looks so unique and scrappy but perfectly in place. Awesome job as always!
Ya know, with this factory making robots and all, maybe the people of Sanctuary can build Securitrons as some sort of police force.

I tried to copy many of your builds, but my Sanctuary crashed out completely and had to start over. Now I am keeping decoration and lights to the minimum. It breaks my heart!

I have renovated Croup Manor with Snappy House Kit. Scrap the commonwealth will remove that annoying pile of trash by the Dining room wall. Looks great when fixed up
One time using the FCOM mod I led a small army of minutemen to gunners plaza to take out the gunners who were harassing the other settlements. After that we lost quite a few minutemen but we had enough to retreat to the castle in force until we passed through the ruins of Quincy where we were ambushed and suffered major losses but won the second battle at Quincy. After all I had been through with these minutemen I couldn't just take them to the castle so I built them an outpost at outpost zimonja with a barracks and walls with artillery

depending on how immersive your sanctuary is you could place down a gym with a boxing ring and use things from the vault tech workshop
I've been with you for around 1-1/2 years
One of the tricks I found for foundations is to use the dual level floor with the stairs in the middle. it snaps to the top of the lower foundation and the top of the upper foundation. It is a good trick for getting those tricky floating foundations too.
Oh yeah! I totally forgot about the floors with stairs. Thanks for the tip

Or instead of 'Pocket Vehicles' To fly/turn into a Ufo, You can press the ` Button under Escape and above Tab, then type 'Tcl'. It allows you to fly, and get rid of collisions, but it makes building a little hard and once you're done using it, press ` then Tcl again to disable it.

Cordless this looks amazing, but one thing that's always bugged me about your Minutemen series is how advanced some of the buildings are given the apocalypse, maybe you should sparkle some things around the settlement to help the immersion, like adding a crane to show how they've built with such verticality, or a construction area, with machinery and cement mixers, some indications of how they're achieving this
I completely agree with you. I found a crane that I could place along with some other construction items so I'm going to do something like that really soon. I already had it planned out "here is how they are able to build this stuff." I'm thinking about rebuilding the church with different pieces because it still doesn't make much sense as far as immersion goes
Yeah the same effect could be achieved by adding supports on the exterior as the structures get taller and loftier, either way, I think leaving visual cues as to how these structures were built really helps with immersion, and thanks for responding btw I'm a huge fan of the channel!
Look at you, strolling in outta the blue and quickly becoming one of my favourite building channels. I hope I'm not being too forward here, but I could see this becoming a full-on subscription. What decoration mod/mods do you use in order to build terminals, boxes, and etc if you could tell me id like to know. I used the same design for your government building in my game, and i might use this as well. If you could give me the info on that i'd appreciate it thanks my friend.

Hey cordless, just wanted to start by saying how much I love your sanctuary builds. However, I don't have a creative bone in my body and whenever I try to recreate one of your them, I find my self quitting halfway through because of how terrible it ends up being. Do you think you could make your sanctuary builds into mods? More specifically, could you create your builds into separate mods? For instance, you could make your factory build into a separate mod, so that only that one part of sanctuary is changed. It would really help me out with my sanctuary, and I think it would help other people too.
you could also make some sort of brothel or casino gambling area
i know you made the sole survivors house but i bet there are many people without houses i suggest you build them

CordlessVII I got an idea. You should make a water purification plant by the river and a Mirelurk farm! (You can use Better Stores to make tamed Mirelurks that act like Brahmin.)
Im thinking of making the move from Xbox to pc for my settlement builds, can you get your game saves from Xbox to pc or would I have to start all over again on my builds

I’ve always liked your builds and how to videos I just wish you would show the entire build sometimes. A lot was added after the how you did it video. Hope you come back to do more
honestly this probably would have looked better in the large middle ground where there's nothing there.. I mean for realistic terms you would want a "Space where trucks could drop off stuff"(in the past) And no one would want to live next to all that noise.

Yeah not a bad idea. I'm going to use that middle part for a farm or something. I liked the idea of having the food production in the middle of the settlement - i.e. more protection
