CordlessVII, in my little honest opinion, your version of Sanctuary is one of the best I've ever seen. And am I glad you're here to share it with us, and inspire us. I definitely am going to base my Sanctuary of from your ideas, and I gotta you to thank for it. Stay creative and awesome. :)

What a nice little build. I think it fits into your Sanctuary perfectly. I like its layout, seems neat with everything logically placed without making it too big.
However even though the banker's house has toilet it completely lacks a shower or bath. Where is that poor guy going to wash his filthy rich body? You know, even apocalypse has certain standards!:)

I use 'Scrap that Settlement' and it does not let you scrap the houses. Great build!

Very nice, well done. Though I would think a "wealthy" banker would at least have a a bath tub or a shower. Perhaps even a second floor loft with a bigger kitchen/dining area. Still, as I said you did very well with it. I especially liked the vault and the little safety deposit boxes.

I stopped playing, just so I could watch your new vid. I like the direction youre headed with the build. I like to think my character is whats going to advance building technology with his pre war knowledge haha so his personal structures are always nicer then the surrounding area.

I like what you did for the bankers toilet. You could put auto closing doors for the vault door, cause we all know every settler was born in a barn lol. Also are you going to do anything with the root celler in the back?
You could use those huts for rooms and whenever your settlement gets breached you could make it so all the doors close that way important people or settlers you like won't die

It'd be cool if those terminals could be scavenger stations so that you could assign tellers to the bank.
i gotta say this bank almost ALMOST reminds me of the intor bank in Point Lookout in Fallout 3

Hey cordlessvii I have recently started watching your awesome videos and downloaded similar mods to yours but am having some issues 1) the stock would structures have disappeared like the walls and prefabs same with the generators 2) the turrets have also recently disappeared and I don't know if they are just some where else in the work shop menu.
Any help would be much appreciated

armour / Weapons for the guards
milita hat
camo bandana
full combat armour
laser rifles / pistols and a stun baton
with plasma grenades

If you became a mod author and released these builds or put them for sale, I would 100% be willing to throw down a few bucks to be able to use these.

Hey Cordless, I’m having a bit of an issue in my Fallout 4 on PC, when I scrap a sanctuary house to place something down in its place, occasionally I get a low-res texture pop up around the foundation, when I move it disappears though. I’m just wondering if you’ve had this problem since playing on PC and if so how to fix it. Thanks.
You should build a cliff side house that has no concrete foundations (not in sanctuary hills)

NorseGraphic Well he can always build up. So maybe build like skyscrapers or stacked houses thst the residents could stay in. But then again, i think he's doing a great job at keeping space issues out of the way
He has got the workshop borders extended mod. He dont needs to worry about space that much.

i know you're away so i hope you'll see this when you get back but, would you be interested trying your hand at modding Fallout yourself? if you need tutorials i do believe Final Render has some and you'd be able to make your own settlements with the creation kit which could help you out once you've done every vanilla settlement and while i do know there is the conquest mod it doesn't exactly provide that many fitting locations for you to use it in and making settlement mods and putting them on places like nexus and bethesda's mod site would likely even get you more viewers.

Just follow the instructions. Also Its very small so it wont really affect if you have alot of mods
