- Here is my hospital/clinic settlement build in Sanctuary Hills. It's not as extravagant as I was originally planning, but I think it is more realistic to the lore that I'm going for. Let me know what you think!

I know these builds seem pretty empty without settlers, but my final Sanctuary Tour video will have a lot more settlers and companions to give it more life. Example: Curie and some doctors will be running the hospital. B)

CordlessVII the entrance door is backwards in most buildings the doors always open outward so it's easier to escape if the building catches on fire just wanted to let you know

Hey Cordless, there is a motercycle mod for fallout 4. It is called "The Wanderer". I don't know which mod website it is on, but you will find it.

I once used the diner tileset in Homemaker to make a clinic. Even gave the doc a small apartment out back that was once a storage room for the diner. Turned out pretty nice.
Love these builds :) made me reinstall FO4 again ^_^ playing through the main story so i can dedicate my time to building the settlements up. Good work Cordless :) looking forward to the next vid

Good build. It looks slightly haunted with the placing of wheel chairs and some of the broken windows but I think that's just because there isn't settlers there right now. I like how much thought you put into the placement as well. :) Forever wishing I had money when this game is on sale though D=

Woulda been cool if you knocked out a hole in the back for a door and had a shack or something back there for long term inpatients maybe with a nice garden or something. But it's easy to say that with hindsight, this is still one of your more solid builds. Nicely done.
Very good build, the staircase seems a bit off from the build. Maybe something you can add or change there, but really nicely put together. shame you don't have 10x more views.

May I suggest the mod Auto Doors. It will close those doors behind you and any settler who uses them. Great builds. :)
Hey son! I really like your stuff and all! your awesome and all. I have a little idea for something you can build its nothin big but i guess it would fit in. You could build something like a tall watch tower, you know, kinda like the ones in prison. it should be tall enough to look around your settlement (i guess 360° view would be good) and the borders to see when enemys get near. Anyway keep on doin what your doin I'll watch every upcoming video and greetings from germany

Soooo...people in the waiting room just step around back to piss while waiting on the doc? I only ask as I spent 4 hours in the ER waiting room last night and the bathroom watching peeps walk back and forth seemed to be the most entertaining thing to do

Nice, the only thing that I think is missing is an Eye Chart, if that is available.
I built a similar church graveyard set up as your self and i put the hospital directly on the side of the graveyard a little tongue and cheek but realistic i also put jung long as the doctor i wanted to give him something worthwhile to do to help others to let him do some penance to help with his guilt of losing his child.
A radio station would go great with your settlement. please make one. c:

I have a build idea. What if you built a fish farm by the river with small wood boats settlers can rent to fish. Or an orphanage where settlers can adopt children. There is also a mod that allows you to build Securitrons so you can properly defend your settlement with some real fire power!

Could you possibly do a video showing your load order? I only download your settlement mods and the NCR ranger armour and i have allot of bugs/issues with the settlement mods you use so itd help allot.

You should build a home where a bomb/weapons maker lives. He can supply the settlement with ammo, explosives, and guns.
I also build a Hospital in Sanctuary, and mama Murphy is keeping a close eye on the chems....maybe a bit to close of an eye.
I know you already have the marketplace but do you think you could build some sort of hangout / hub for out of town people like mercenaries, drifters, bounty hunters, traders etc. to hang around? Like a saloon or outer town area?
Might be six year late, but just finished building my hospital and now have an idea how to decorate

dead1eye8 hey bro the mod he uses a lot already has shelves that are cluttered with stuff. The mod for Xbox is called do it your shelf. Idk the PS4 equivalent, but maybe look for a mod with that description if it's not already called that.

How do you get snappy house kits to work with workshop rearranged? I have both but it wont let me access snappy house in structures because of the way workshop rearranged rearranges the structures menu.
So, it wasn't me to make the bathroom comment this time, however... no stoves/ranges. Which is not all that big, I mean you can always eat cold stuffs etc and then go out for cooked meals or grill out. LOL (Just gotta pick on ya somehow.)
I have a new Settlement building idea you could do after sanctuary, you could make a scrapyard Settlement!!

Hey CordlessVII i'm loving the settlement build so far and can't wait to see more but i got 3 questions
1. why build a church the a.i in this game isn't smart enough to use it for a church so why a church?
2. why build a factory between a school and a hospital.....?
3. and last but not least why do you have valentine's detective agency in sanctuary he has his own place in diamond city why would he leave the city to come to the country so to speak, soo why would he be in sanctuary.
i know what most people are thinking as you read the last question that after valentine leave's you're service that you have to send him to one of you're settlement, BUT did you know that their is a mod on the nexus that lets you send all you're companions in FO4 back to where you originally found them, so like McCreedy would go back to Good Neighbor once you part ways

i'm a quite recent sub, and i'm work my way through your back catalogue of videos.
I just wanted to thank you. you've given a shit ton of inspiration for builds, anf has made me mix up my line of thinking when i'm building stuff myself.
now, i don't know if you have done anything with hangmans alley yet, but if you haven't, Here's a suggestion;
It would be cool to see you build an apartment building, that looks like the ones surrounding hangmans alley. one that might look like it has been there all along, and maybe have been patched up a bit.

A perfect place to go for when preston gives you an extreme migraine or when piper walks infront of your shot when your launching mininuke. OR when your dumbass settlers dont tell you there is a deathclaw attack while your in build mode lol. Though my only concern, if a radroach naws off my legs in my sleep and i have to go to the hospital, how the hell am i supposed to go upstairs to pee?
