This looks awesome! I'm pretty sure the vanilla extensions mod has a telephone pole that you can connect wires to. And synths do eat and tend to have a sweet tooth and crave fancy lads snack cakes. Read it on an institute terminal lol.
I love the way you show off your creations while tutoring on how to make your settlements look as good as you . I'm still looking for a mod that allows you to build in the Prost Bar without CTDs .
Every time I watch one of your videos I don't know how you're going to top it with the next one, but you always do and it amazes me. This is one of my favorite builds yet in sanctuary. Keep up the good work.
Excellent, as always! Looks alive, and I only wish it were full of vendors and strange characters. :D Trying to think of ways to replace that empty bookcase door, but it's a challenge considering how narrow the doorway is, and that it's flanked by doors and open-space. One thought was to make it less hidden there, with stairs down to a storage basement or root cellar or something, with the basement door hidden behind a bunch of stuff. But... yeah, I really wish we could decorate stuff and have it animate with whatever object it was placed on - like putting a sign ON a door, and having it stay when it's opened or closed. Only other things I could think to add: 1) Replacing the hideout door with one of the doors from Zebrina's Workshop Devices - a steel door with a hatch in it, like the one leading to Bobby No-nose's lair in Goodneighbor. 2) Some jury-rigged antennae, wiring and such on the side of the general store - communication equipment for Railroad use that MIGHT give a hint to a discerning passer-by that there's some tech inside, without knowing what for (maybe the junk dealer just has a solid Satellite TV package). It just seemed that with all the computers and radios in the hideout, there should be a little something external that connected them to other safehouses and whatnot.
Dude you know I love me some buoys hahaha. I saw those in the thumbnail and was like, "yes, this is MY kind of build". Lol. But for real though this has to honestly be one of my favorite builds of yours ever. It's just so lively and interesting.
Very nice Sanctuary. It´s a very well structure and decoration. I have built not a lore friendly settlement till yet andI plan to do it. It gives me inspirations for my own settlements.
Wow how simple but complex this build is its just amazing. Imagine if you had a job a Bethesda you could have built the far harbour village but way better. That's pretty much what this build is just far harbour 2.0
You made my day!! Absolutely fantastic build. Excellent layout of the area with great decoration. I love the use of the "old" vendor shops together with the mods. It brings everything together. I was just wondering how you got the net so precise inside the fish farm. Mine wants to snap on the side. Your boat repairs area is also a winner!
Awesome as allways. Been avoiding USO over fear of conflicting files & how massive it is, might give it a shot finally. Wouldn't be the first time scrapping my save files.... I never make it out of Sanctuary building wise. *sigh*
Even if Synths don't eat the actual Rail Road agents are usually human so... if an agent is in the area they have a place to eat and rest while out patrolling the wastes for Synths that need assistance. :D
How many settlers are you going to have. And will you add all of them that are required at the end? Because u have so many shops/ and guard duties. So will you have workers for all of them. Also with gardening and so on. But such a sexy build.
You should definitely build a to station in one of the small settlements so that it makes sense to have TVs in settlements and make it minute men styled like in fallout 3 the brotherhood had gnr station you could build like the same thing but a tv station
u can never put too much thought into decorating! NEVER! on that note: that hideout decor is very well done. the whole place has real character. NOOICE!
You asked the question, do synths eat? The synths that the Railroad are trying to rescue, the Gen 3, definitely eat (and use bathrooms). We know that they are grown in a lab and are 100% biological/organic. But we also know they have a synth component, which seems to be the only artificial part of them. What I've always thought is that they are human beings, but the synth component allows the Institute to control them in a similar fashion to controlling a robot. Truly a whole new level of enslaving people; digital mind control.
Hey man loving your vids, they give me so many ideas for my settlements. Was just wondering though, when I use these settlement mods it causes my workshop to freeze for 30 seconds before loading. Do you suffer with the same problem or is there a fix. Many Thanks
Synths do eat food. In fact, they are known to like Fancy Lad Snack Cakes. One scientist is often cited as saying Synths don't eat, sleep (Curie disproves this), drink, etc., but he is only listing possible improvements to humanity that the Synth program could lead to, not actual accomplishments.
Synth do eat food and a forget which but there is a shelf clutter mod that let's you build on those bookshelf door I think it is called "do it yourshelf "
Synths r cyborg clones if u will. It is actually stated in the lore that they eat, but they never gain any weight. That's y it is stated that some of their favorite food is Fancy Lads Cakes (at least the latest generation, obviously the older models r pure robots)
Man i dot know what to say i saw your builds and it was mind blown. and i agree with James99 teach Bethesda some architecture. And yea i have one build idea ... maybe some warehouse with robot workbench in it like robot disposal warehouse or something like that. I look forward to ur next awesome build. peace mate
as usual you stand and deliver...i'm only recently using the build items from the dlc's, but i'm managing...nothing like this...but i haven't gotten all my achievements yet, so mods are out of the question...but very nicely done. so i wonder why it is the game doesn't actually come WITH items like this to build with from the beginning? after all, if it's in the game...by everything that is true right and holy, you should be able to build with it...there i said it.
You know what would motivate me to stare at 1 thing all day? A BIG PAIR OF... General I'm sorry to interrupt you, but another settlement has sent word that they need our help despite the millions of turrets and artillery cannon you built for them
JonaZ I feel your pain. I had to delete quite a few saves already. I decided not to ever go to Hangman's alley again on the current one. It's so bad, I can't even go into workshop to try and save it! My settlers have to do without pretty things.
Salome Hart im trying to build sanctuary again on my current save but it only starts laging and getting bad FPS. And on another save i build the castle very large and it only crashes or lags... + another settlement of mine i cant go to becouse it crashes... Its so fucked up becouse i use many hours on my settlement and many details just to not get to see them or fully finish my plans there...
Mate you need to teach Bethesda how to use architecture in games, there's more character and life in this fishing dock then all of diamond city tbh
James99 so fucking true
Agreed
True that... However, i do think Beth was limited due to xbox and ps
companies in the future should make games on pc and downgrade to consoles.
Decree i agree
This looks awesome! I'm pretty sure the vanilla extensions mod has a telephone pole that you can connect wires to. And synths do eat and tend to have a sweet tooth and crave fancy lads snack cakes. Read it on an institute terminal lol.
I think this was my favorite build yet. I thought the Railroad hideout was quite ingenious and I quite liked the Nuka-Cola candle in the shop.
This area is just amazing. Absolutely love it! It flows nicely
And wow the hanging boat with the conduits, very clever.
Shade Marie I know. It's quite a sight to see
That Minuteman Flamingo is exactly the type of Hero the Commonwealth needs.
This has been a tremendous inspiration for my own dock build. I'm a big fan man, and I hope you get back to building again soon
I love the way you show off your creations while tutoring on how to make your settlements look as good as you .

You're so damn underrated, but I mean *extremely* underrated
I see
Excellent, as always! Looks alive, and I only wish it were full of vendors and strange characters. :D

Do it yourshelf, has a bookcase door already decorated. Awesome build! As always.
This is by far one of my favorite builds from you, it looks so authentic. You sir are on a roll with settlement building.
Dude you know I love me some buoys hahaha. I saw those in the thumbnail and was like, "yes, this is MY kind of build". Lol. But for real though this has to honestly be one of my favorite builds of yours ever. It's just so lively and interesting.

I love the synth basement so much!!!!! I always loved hidden places. This is so cool !!! : D
Can you please make a FULL mod list of ALL the settlement mods you used? I see some mods you use aren't in the description. love all your builds!
Awesome as allways. Been avoiding USO over fear of conflicting files & how massive it is, might give it a shot finally. Wouldn't be the first time scrapping my save files.... I never make it out of Sanctuary building wise. *sigh*
I wanna live there! This is so cozy looking :) Great job!
This is pretty awesome. I've been making few fishing communities myself.
Reminds me sort of like a shanty town, which is more fitting for a fallout settlement. The layout just feels different since you had to improvise it.
You are every bit as good if not better than evilviking, no respawns or final render with these build vids. Truly epic stuff.
You can use the mod "Videos of The Wasteland" for your tvs
Holy fucking shit this is amazing! I LOVE ocean/water themes stuff and it's like the game makers made this actually no they suck compared to this
giox wow you're an ass.
giox your just jealous because I'm hotter then any girl you'll ever be with
Wow the aesthetic is on point..like always
5:02 the conduits could have screws or something or a latch which you unhook and it frops
This looks absolutely fantastic. Thanks for working so hard for us. BTW where can I find the door to the mobile home.
Lol When Fallout players make better builds than Bethesda Developers. XD
Put up a sign that says “Coming soon” in front of the shelf door, just as a joke.
Or put a price sticker on it as if it's for sale? It would have to be a really high price though - you wouldn't want somebody to actually buy it! 😂😂
I think this is the most believable town I have seen so far in the game. Better than Bethesda. Sterling build.
Now that announcement travis gives on radio about Sanctuary hills being another option besides diamond city, well makes sense now.
Do it yourshelf has a decorated bookshelf door
Pretty sweet. Could have downloaded a mod that allows you to have all the faction flags. 👍🏼
You should talk over the tour
Even if Synths don't eat the actual Rail Road agents are usually human so... if an agent is in the area they have a place to eat and rest while out patrolling the wastes for Synths that need assistance. :D

I really wanna see your take on a living area for Strong and Maccready and even Danse
Looks so good man
DAMNNNN Beautiful as ever! you need to teach Bethesda somethings my man!
You did this six years ago? I've only just found it! Very impressive build... 👍
Hey man loving your vids, they give me so many ideas for my settlements. Was just wondering though, when I use these settlement mods it causes my workshop to freeze for 30 seconds before loading. Do you suffer with the same problem or is there a fix.
Many Thanks
Bro you talented good work that was epic
I love this and want to make something similar in my sanctuary now. is that okay?
this is really impressive
I didn't realize writing could float over metal
Synths do not actually need to eat, they can mind you, but they dont need to.
Synths do eat food. In fact, they are known to like Fancy Lad Snack Cakes.

pixelman619 do you find the bookshelf door there also?
You can't build on the door but it does come predecorated.
Wow man awesome job 😄👍
Don't forget the fog condensers
Hey, my wood tab went missing and I have tried a lot of things to fix it and I can't. Can you plz help
Holy shit I think I posted the boat shack thing some else might have thanks for including though
Nice work lad
This is so make me happy

Do you plan on building a place for Mccready? Maybe something really far off the ground so he can still shoot people.
Allison Hickman I built him a sniper tower
I want to live in your Fallout decorated world
Cordless we need another video!!!!!
Man i dot know what to say i saw your builds and it was mind blown. and i agree with James99 teach Bethesda some architecture. Have you considered placing a ham radio at every guard post....?
as usual you stand and deliver...i'm only recently using the build items from the dlc's, but i'm managing...nothing like this...but i haven't gotten all my achievements yet, so mods are out of the question...but very nicely done. so i wonder why it is the game doesn't actually come WITH items like this to build with from the beginning? after all, if it's in the game...by everything that is true right and holy, you should be able to build with it...there i said it.

General I'm sorry to interrupt you, but another settlement has sent word that they need our help despite the millions of turrets and artillery cannon you built for them
I wonder how stable a blueprint of one of your settlements would be... Have you ever tried to export one ?
Hobo Sheep he exported his whole sanctuary a while ago.
What video? I've been scouring his vid descriptions, but to no avail.
This is bad ass. But I think it would work better in far harbor, the commonwealth doesn't really go well with fishing theme.
Where do you get valentine detective agency signs? I had used the neon signs on my agency but I can find the door sign for the life of me.
there is a mod for the bookshelf door.
Just a question can you build a disco or dancing place ?????????????
Where did you get those letters that you used to make that fishing shop. Also, great build by the way.
Rafael Marroquin I'm pretty sure you need contraptions workshop.
The ones in the video are larger. Probably a mod (which would require the DLC), but he could have adjusted the size with console commands.
Rafael Marroquin wasteland workshop it's a vanilla dlc
Thank
Keep it up and stay strong
Could you link all your mods you use on pc and the load order? I keep having trouble with mine. Some menus keep disappearing
Im on Xbox one, and i cant build my settlement big or highly decorated cuz then the game crashes or bad fps.... Why does that happen?
JonaZ at least ur not on PS4 :(
JonaZ
I feel your pain. I had to delete quite a few saves already. I decided not to ever go to Hangman's alley again on the current one. It's so bad, I can't even go into workshop to try and save it! My settlers have to do without pretty things.

Did dude let you port the ground covering mod from the last video
Also do your settlers actually go to these places/Things?
Will you add this on transfer settlements
you will do a blueprint on this settlement?
How long does it usually take you to decorate a small town like this ???
Doesn't DIY have a decorated shelf door?
"That's what she said" (likes the video)
How do you keep your frame rate so high with SO many things in your settlements?
Do you ever get frame rate issuses with this massive settlement?
Does anyone know where I can find the guard house in the beginning of the tour? I swear I used to have it but now I can't find it.
Vanilla extensions!
are you building beyond the borders? if so, what mod would that be? by the way i love your ideas.
KrazyAsianGuy I've been searching the comments for just that lol.
For the basement?
what mod gives you that windmill?
there are mods that fill that book door
Build a GYM/GLADIATOR CAGE/shooting range were they can train and practice self defense
Fallout makers are shooked
developers you mean?
Doge_Is_Snoop yeah
Can you do a power plant which is actually functional
(This comment was posted before watching the part where he says how he gets the power)
Anyone got any settlement idea's without using mods and where it should be
When ur done with the whole thing do a big ass tour with a shit to of Mocs running around to make it feel like diamond city
Npc*
I thought that at the start was the tour
Make a bar
You should use freecrafter from Bethesda
Have you built an orphanage?
You should make atleast 1 video where u show us the inerior
decorated shelf door mod bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4076113
