I just bought a pair of dumbells and was wondering what exercises to go for apart from the basic bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises and found this video on UA-cam. It's a great excercise, loved it and pumped up even though I was not able to execute them so well, hoping to get better along the way. Great workout video 🤟👍

Hey Great vid, I'm started HIIT/Crossfit a few months ago, and I want to try your routine, What would you suggest for a mid-sport body, mid body fat beginner like me ? I was thinking reducing timer to 30/10 and also reducing the weights, is there a high chance of injury for a beginner with this routine ? If so would you recommend me another maybe more accessible routine ?

These are 20lbs. I kept these the whole workout. But if it gets too hard for you you can have lighter one nearby just in case 🤙🏽
