Tabata was not designed or intended for body weight work, and you cannot replicate the results by trying to apply the concept to these kinds of movements, regardless of what people might want to try and tell you. Tabata protocol is supposed to be done at 170% your VO2 max to get results in this short of a time frame. You aren't, nor could you, come close to maintaining that with these movements. That said, any exercise is better than no exercise, but you aren't going to get anywhere close to the benefits you should be getting off you were ACTUALLY doing a Tabata protocol.
