Thank you for doing a Beginner series. I've gotten serious about work outs since quarantine and abs & shoulders are my super weak points. So I need some beginner body weight exercises to help me strengthen them slowly. I think this is something I work with to really zone in on my abs. Thank you! 🤗💪🏾

Frank thank you,here is here I and saw that for beginners, as measured all movement to do, and the you have always on videos all intensively, although I and not newcomer,but adhere to always measured movements in all exercises, mostly pull-UPS on the bar and push-UPS in all their manifestations,and from all possible projectiles, whether.then the bars or crossbars on the ground and so on, I decided to change my life for the better.Siberia looks and respects.

@@danishzeb5001 I have not been as consistent with this as I would have liked to have been. I have been with the "Perfect Beginner Calisthenics Workout" and the "No Equipment HOME Back Workout." I combined those two and included some other shoulder/back exercises to help with my swimming. I ended up adding too many new things to my daily schedule and was overwhelmed a bit. Although I run and swim, I'm VERY new to the Calisthenics world.
