      George Vernadis I remember that scene from Never Back Down 2 when Max Cooperman kicks that heavy punching bag all the way back and then Chase Walker comes and kicks it and punctures a hole into it, bursting it.
      He then says something like "Would you rather finish your opponent or push him back?"
      It doesn't matter if he is 60kg or 72kg as long as his punch could stop your heart from beating, just from the impact.

    I'm only a vegetarian, but videos like this inspire me to try harder in dropping the eggs and milk. I'm a casual bodybuilder and to me being the pinnacle of both physical strength and moral integrity is something worth aspiring to in and of itself. Seeing you being able to be a physical powerhouse while still maintaining a cruelty and murder free diet is simply inspiring.

      Vent, you seem to have misunderstood what i said :P i meant that not ALL meat is brutal murder like in factories but they can be ''executed'' quite fast, and without pain. I'm not a vegetarian though but i respect their idea and i think it's good to reduce the meat in the everyday business.

    • @IceJT15
      @IceJT15 10 років тому +5

      EpicShroomie Oh so it's not cruel nor murder if I keep your children hostage for years and then murder them for food as long as I kill them real quick? There is no compromise, killing something when there is viable alternative is objectively immoral. Not killing something makes you objectively more moral than the person who did barring all other factors.

      Swordevil He has strong legs, just not a lot of mass in them. If he had huge legs, it would be extremely hard to do a lot of these exercises because he needs to be top-heavy in order to balance correctly and easily.

    • @qrijse
      @qrijse 9 років тому +3

      Swordevil Leg day. leg day. WTF. Please.
      Your body does transform in what you want "it" to do.
      He don't need the legs for anny of his performings. Why train em ?
      ( I know, it looks wierd)
      But it will not be easy to ran around with big legs, and perform stuff like he does.
      So the body "chooses" cut down on weight, and build muscle, to let the body "fly"

    • @swordevil7760
      @swordevil7760 9 років тому

      Yes i know. But i only speak for the aesthetic version. And not big fat leg, just strong leg like her arms.

    • @Feraoth
      @Feraoth 9 років тому

      Swordevil even adequate legs can destroy most of these performings. Also, they require some torso to stabilize these movings, and this is, of course, lot of mass.

    I have trained calisthenics for at least 5 years and I have barely done tricks like the back lever, handstand push ups and today I was trying to get the tiger ben after 1 month and I could not until I put this video, I was motivated and I was able to get my first reps of this trick, thanks for the motivation Frank and I'm going for more 👍👊💪 Greetings from Mexico !!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

    This video never gets old. Everytime I look this video up again I begin to ask myself if Saitama is the real Frank Medrano or is it the other way around?

    My first thought seeing Frank back in the day is “what kind of sorcery is this”. Now I just know there really are aliens among us. JK, years of training can lead to this unreal ability.

    The way he's able to effortlessly control his body is so breathtakingly impressive. That's true strength. You can bench press as much weight as you want, but if you can't move your own body with control, you don't know true strength.

    All this from plant foods, no animal products. Wish I'd been vegan from birth and had never been obese, but at least I'm vegan and no longer obese now. Wow, what awesome strength and physique, Frank Medrano! :)

    • @davyszczepan
      @davyszczepan 11 років тому

      Please explain how not being Vegan made you obese? I am in no way Vegan and not even close to being obese?

    • @1221solstice2012
      @1221solstice2012 11 років тому +2

      David Szczepanski Oops, should've made my comment "no replies." Anywho, not everyone gets obese from dairy addiction (feel-good casein) & appetite stimulant in all milk; many do...look around. And fatty meats, burgers and all the rest are fat makers too when combined with all the white bread and desserts, etc., that go along with it all...again, look around.
      Some people couldn't get fat if they tried; but it's possible to be gluttonous even if one doesn't gain weight, which leads to defending cruelty, being very materialistic, etc.
      Google: "red meat TMAO and heart attack risk." Vegans become immune to TMAO which is a very good thing.
      I oppose slaughterhouses and animal exploitation/killing, and the vegan diet solved my overweight and health problems. So it's a win-win. You?
