He then says something like "Would you rather finish your opponent or push him back?" It doesn't matter if he is 60kg or 72kg as long as his punch could stop your heart from beating, just from the impact.

I'm only a vegetarian, but videos like this inspire me to try harder in dropping the eggs and milk. I'm a casual bodybuilder and to me being the pinnacle of both physical strength and moral integrity is something worth aspiring to in and of itself. Seeing you being able to be a physical powerhouse while still maintaining a cruelty and murder free diet is simply inspiring.

( I know, it looks wierd) But it will not be easy to ran around with big legs, and perform stuff like he does. So the body "chooses" cut down on weight, and build muscle, to let the body "fly"
Swordevil even adequate legs can destroy most of these performings. Also, they require some torso to stabilize these movings, and this is, of course, lot of mass.

This man inspired me a lot when I got serious about Calisthenics almost 3 years now and I have learned to do all the moves he does in this vid. I can currently do 40.5 Pullups and I would love to see his 50 pullups or something. I think he should be able to do that much. wouldn't you agree? What do you say Frank? How many?
