On my way to purchase yarn. Its hour trip to town. Thank you for teaching. When complete ill let u know.
I love your poncho. 💕 @Sirin's Crochet What size hook should I use with a 4 Weight yarn?? I am going to use Caron Marble Cakes yarn.
(for future reference) She used 375g/ 1475yards/ 1350metres. Size 3 yarn (recommended for use with a 5mm hook) Used a 6mm hook for a more slouchy fit.
Finally! A Poncho that covers on every side! And you look great in it with that jeans 👖. Please make more. Thank you very much Sirin.
Incredible teaching skills! Love the poncho!

I am making your poncho now. I love your channel, I have made a shawl, three blankets and now this! All were very successful. You are a great teacher and thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. The yarn for this one has been discontinued, but managed to find enough of it to make two different color ponchos at Etsy. Thank you again for being so generous and inspirational.

Thank you! This video is great! Im really enjoying this project! Im a beginner crocheter, it was a bit tricky at first. But after persisting, it’s really taking off. Great video! Thank you!
I had checked out this video a long time ago when I was making a baby poncho. Now, I want to make my own poncho and this video popped up in my search. Guess what? This is the perfect pattern! I want to use bigger yarn so that it is cozy like a blanket that I can wear.😂 Thank you so much for sharing this pattern and video. This is my favorite channel. Be safe and have a wonderful day! From me ~ Joy
✌🏻🐾🥰🧶🇺🇸
Sirin, thank you so much. I really like the picot edging, too. I missed the cats, today 😉
I must make one more video with them. They are sleeping all day long 🙈And attacking at midnight. I'm soo sleepless 😹😹
Wow that is so beautiful i will give it a try thank you so much ☺ 😇 😇
Nice creation !! 👍You and your voice are also awesome. Lol Sirin ❤️
I am definitely making myself a poncho and it will be using a large ball of yarn 🧶.
I made ponchos for my son so he could be warm without putting
layers of clothing as he didn’t like the feel of that. There were no patterns as I just invented the idea.
In those days we had no UA-cam let alone Google.
He will be 50 next February. I created it from seeing an Afghan and worked out how to not begin as you would the centre of the Afghan. It was a great success with women commenting on what a great idea 💡 it was. Four years later I made a few but in pinks.
If only I wasn’t raised in a city where I would have possibly sold to children wear stores and established markets. Life is full of if’s aren’t they?
I was a very young mum and made all my sons clothes knitted crocheted and sewn.
Yes, life is full of if's 😊What a lovely story, thanks for sharing with me. My mum made us beautiful knitted stuff when I was young. I remember one of them. I was in middle school and it was my favorite blouse. It was orange lacy blouse with short sleeves. I wish I can make myself one now 🙈Your sons could have same stories like me ❤❤
Thank you for this beautiful poncho sirin I love it 😊Amanda xx 😻💕
Glad you like it Amanda ❤❤Loves from us 😽😽😙
I started making this, but different coloured stripes instead of all one yarn :) I can't wait for it to be done
I am making my second one. Beautiful tutorial!!! Ellerine sağlık, ırlandadan selamlar.

Hi Rachel ~ I just made Sirin's poncho & did a picot edge on the bottom. Now I can't tell if she put a finishing edge around the neckline. Wondering what did you do? Thanks
@@kittybeck151 hey - sorry I didn’t see your comment from before - I did not put a finishing edge around the neckline. I just followed what Sirin did in her video. I’m going to make another one this weekend! I absolutely LOVE this pattern!!!!! ❤🧶🥰 Maybe this one I will actually keep for myself 🤔😉
Love this
Beautiful thank you ❤
You're welcome 😽
Hello, I love the colour of your Poncho in the Mandala yarn 😁💚 Erica x
Glad you like it Erica😽😽
@@SirinsCrochet which color is it??
@@candusbeede4220 Pixie.
A tassel on all 4 corner points is cute!
That a stunning poncho I 💕 the colours xx
Thank you 💜😽
Love the color and how the points are on the sides!
Glad you like it💜
I made it for my mother and she likes it very much.
Nice I love it
Thank you for the pattern. It’s the best poncho I’ve seen. I made mine with 4 weight yarn in 2 different colors with stripes.
Came to the comments to see if anyone used weight 4. Making a scrap buster poncho. Thanks
What hook?
I think I used an I/9 hook, it was over a year since I made it.😺
Very pretty
This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks! I have 3 balls of Mandala (in the same colorway) that need a purpose. 😁😁😁
Thank you for the tutorial. This pattern is working up so nicely. You must be taller than h thought, Sirin. I'm 5'7" and starting on my 3rd cake of Mandala on the poncho and it is almost long enough. Only time will tell how long using half of this cake will make my poncho.. I might use the whole cake so my arms will be covered when I want to wear it with the flat edges in front, back, and sides... I like to switch the way í wear ponchos sometimes.
Very nice!
Thank you 😽
Amazing 👍
Thank you 😽
Hello Sirin, great poncho pattern I do really think it's easy to make. I'm still learning crotchet and I would really like a written pattern to help me comprehend. ;)
Hi, I'm having a tough time making the first connection for the neckline. Can you show us how to do it slowly? I've rewatched what you are doing but I'm missing something. Your help is appreciated and thank you.
I love this!! Thank you!!
Could I use this method but use the moss stitch?
Good evening I love this poncho and yours is stunning that color way is gorgeous 😉 I made one of these in the adult size I do have a question now that I made mine my daughter’s now want matching ones too 🤣 is there a way to adjust the starting chain to fit a 10 year old and 7 year old Thank you so very much for taking the time to share your gifted tutorials for the whole crochet community 🤎💚😊
Love this poncho. Is there a written pattern?
Beautiful poncho!! Would you make any adjustments for the beginning chain if making for a 9 or10 year old? I love this and the yarn is beautiful 😍. Thank you for sharing!!
I love it! But not easy for a beginner.
methat lovescats. Sorry to hear you think it is hard and not for beginner. I am teaching my Granddaughter age 14 to do this poncho. After you have completed 1st row of doing 88 chains. 2nd row when you are doing it after Sirin says count 21 stitches you are making 1 of the 4 points here put a stitch marker in the next stitch. Do this after you do your 21 stitches. Stitch 22 put marker. This has made it easier for my Granddaughter. It is the easiest and nicest poncho I have done. I have made 6 for all my family for Christmas presents. Hope this helps you.

Thank you for this pretty pattern.Love your very beautiful and natural hands.(Sometimes in other videos it is awful to stare about an hour at disgusting coloured claws.)
I MADE A PANCHO WITH TWO POINTS USING YOUR BUBBLE STITCHES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER THEN I SEARCHED FOR ( poncho with more than two points). AND HERE IT IS 😇 EXACTLY AS I IMAGINED ❤❤❤❤❤ WITH 4 CORNERS . ELLERİNE SAĞLIK
Love the poncho, looks very easy to make! What is the color of the Mandala yarn?
Can this poncho be made with chunky yarn size 4 or 5? I have a lot of chunky yarn I need to use up. Please answer. Thank you.
I want to make mine in a 4 weight also.
Thank you for all your tutorials. You’re a great teacher. How could you make this for a 10 year old? Would you do less chains?
Lovely poncho. Is there a written pattern available for this poncho? Thanks
