I love it! I don't make Ponchos because the arms are usually too short and points are too long, so this one seems perfect for me. Ty Crystal! 💜💜💜
How did you know I have been hunting youtube for a more closed-stitch Poncho tutorial?
You are even more Fantastic now!!!
Thank you Crystal ❤️😁!!!
I like this pattern because of the way you made it without a deep point. I usually don’t like ponchos because of the point in the front. This is a pattern that I’m going to try. Thank you for sharing this pattern. 💜🙏🏻
I am short so I appreciate a pattern where the points are not so long n pointy. Please do more like this for us short people! Thanks!
Your teaching skills are extraordinary. I learned to crochet from you during Covid, and I continue to get better just by learning from your videos. You are one of a kind, there really are no other crochet teachers like you.
I love this! The “softer” point is my favorite! I hope to see more ponchos from you like this.. that would be awesome! Thank you Crystal!!
That’s a good thing to learn to do increasing in every second row. I do find especially if you are on the short side the regular ponchos are to long in the front! Thanks Crystal this sounds like the best pattern for me. 😊
Hi! I just want to let you know that my sister has a lovely collection of crocheted face towels thanks to you. I use your tutorials to practice on white cotton. We both thank you 🙂
Brilliant Idea
Thanks for sharing
Love this..because is rounded and not so pointy..perfect 💕💕💕
Such a beautiful poncho!!! These were so popular when I was in my teens in the 1970s. I want to get yarn to make one of these soon!
My grandma used to make these for me in the late 60’s to go with my gogo boots 😂. She’s the one who taught me crochet when I was 9 ☺️
Same!
How do I adjust for a small size please. Thanks for a great pattern❤
This is a nice and easy design. I like the way you join without having to slip stitch across to the next area. Thanks! 🤗😇
I really like the softer point on this poncho! Great design!
Hi Crystal! After waiting so long to receive my Lion Brand order last month, I've so been hunting patterns. My 2 granddaughters who live here never got their Christmas ponchos. This is exactly what I wanted for them! Not too long in the front but a bit longer in the arms. They are 7 and 9 years old. Finally, I am anxious to get them started now! Thanks, Crystal, for pulling out this perfect pattern! 💝
I’ve never made a poncho but with your Crystal-clear instructions, I’ll definitely be making this one! Thanks!
Awesome tutorial, Crystal! I love the simplicity of this poncho & that the 2 points aren't too deep. Thank you! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
That's awesome Crystal, like all the other short people who don't like most ponchos because they are too long one way and too short the other, I can't wait to make this one. It will be perfect for days like this one, mid summer that feels like mid winter.
Thank you for showing us this Poncho! I truly love a more rounded Poncho. This is now on my list!
Hi. Thank you for your tutorials. I made these for my mom and it was gorgeous for her. I hope i can send pictures of it. I also did your tutorials in bucket hat and a dress for my granddaughter. Thank you so much.
I really like this it looks simple and I am a simple-minded person so I probably will make me one of these ponchos. Thank you very much.
Looks warm and cosy. Love how the yarn colours played out. ❤
I like the softer points of this poncho pattern. The colors in your yarn played out great across it too. Thanks for sharing.
Great idea! I have been struggling with poncho patterns, because being a petite woman, most two point ponchos, are overwhelmingly long, in the front and back. Great pattern adjustment! Thanks, Crystal!
Thank you for this tutorial Crystal. I enjoyed it. You are a great teacher!
Thank you ❤️
Love this design , 2 points tend to be pointy leaving arms not covered. This is perfect! Thank you! Can’t wait to start
I think your shorter one would make a beautiful collar. Great work!
Hallelujah not a pointy poncho. Love it Crystal. Thank you so much
I like the fact it is more rounded. Another for my bucket list. 😄
The length and shape is perfect! I've been lookin for something like this! Thanks!
I love making your shawls as gifts. I am working on a baby blanket currently, but I think I found my next project. Thanks.
Love how my poncho turned out in Blosson Cake yarn. Thank you Crystal for the beautiful pattern this is my first poncho and not my last either. You are the best
I really like this pattern. The V stitch is one of the first ones I learned Many years ago, and shells are my favourite border. Then Miss Crystal, having the sides longer is terrific. Thanks so much
Love this!!! Yarn picked out and starting now. I also love that we have the same measurements to a tee Soo no adjustments are needing to be made. ❤️❤️ Thank you Crystal.
You are a great teacher.I am making the double herringbone stitch you taught,an afghan. It is such a pretty stitch.Thank you!
Thank you Crystal gorgeous poncho love the fact it's not too pointy ..I don't know how you do it your amazing.💝💝💝
Reminds me of the collars we made in the 80's with thread. Beautiful and easy pattern, thank you.
Hi Crystal 👋
Thank you obi wan lol your a great teacher. The other half is in the hospital, so I'll be starting this tomorrow while I'm visiting!

Thank you, Crystal! You're a true gem!❤️❤️❤️
Still working on this poncho. For a new crocheter its a bit more confusing but SO PRETTY so far! The increase every other row gave me a few bad moments but I finally figured out what to do. Thanks Crystal!
Hi Crystal 😊 I've just made this with 100% alpaca in a beautiful sky blue and it's absolutely stunning. Thankyou for another fabulous tutorial ❤
I love ponchos and this one is gorgeous!! Thanks Crystal!
Very nice design. Love the simplicity & ease of pattern. Looks spectacular
Thank you sooooo much for your tutorials! I just finished this Poncho and it came out great! It's my 3rd official BOD project done!
The color pattern is wonderful.
I never noticed before but I think I haven't considered ponchos because of the longer point, so I'm actually thinking about it now.
The color pattern looks like roses all over. So pretty.
Love thus pattern, too. I will definitely make one when I get my other projects done. Thank you, Crystal!
Very pretty and I love the yarn! Thanks for all you do!
Hi Crystal! I am excited for this poncho. I prefer a not so pointy poncho. This looks fun to do. Project list keeps growing already for this 8th day of January. Thank you for always being VERY clear on your tutorials.
I love the yarn! The pattern is beautiful as usual.
I absolutely love this. Making it after I finish my current project. Thank you
This is absolutely awesome. Beautiful colors and love the size, since I'm 5' 3" . Just a short, stocky 73yr old lady. Stay safe and keep the tutorials coming. Thank you so much. Just a note -- I got started on the mixed cluster stitch and made quite a number of dish rags for Christmas gifts. Love that patten so much, so easy peasy.. The people that didn't get them last year will be getting them Christmas 2023 . ♥️🧶👍✅️🧶♥️🥰
