The upper chest workout was the greatest chest workout I've done in a long time. I've been working out for more than 3 years now and have been trying to develop my upper chest, growing throughout the years. This upper chest workout gave the sickest pump I have had in a while. I've learned (and I am still learning) from the greatest bodybuilders on youtube including Seth Feroce, Ronnie Coleman, Kai Greene, etc. The insight that Seth provides you on his workouts is outstanding; he gives you the mental/physical tools that you will need to go perform them yourself and IT WORKS! Seth Feroce also reminds us all the time to HAVE FUN while working out and not to be a little b****! Keep on working Seth Feroce!
These influencer do deserve a lot of credit. At 35 I didn’t know shit, I defiantly couldnt afford gym and the wife and kids did not give me time to travel to one, and never mind a trainer. So For 5 years I created a free gym in my basement and watched thousands of hrs of these influencers. Now 6yrs later I go to a gym everyday and I don’t look stupid because of people like Seth… Big thanks from me, you’ve all changed my life for ever💪

Cable flys were huge in helping me connect to my chest. They always give me the best pump, hypertrophy, and results. Pec dec is great too as you mentioned.

Great content. I do 500-700 push ups a week. Split up into sets of 15-20. No matter what muscle group I’m training. Learned about the benefits of push ups in the military. If you do them on the regular all your lifts will increase. Underrated exercise.
Hi Seth. I just started back at gym at 45 years old after a long break. I used your warming up techniques, Seth sets and training tips on Thursday for chest. Prior to this I couldnt get my chest to fire, I tried & watched many videos from many other body builders and would be slightly sore the day after. So Friday I woke up with the sorest chest I have ever had, today is Saturday and Im still so sore, wow so excited. Thanks Seth. But I do have to say I would love it if you didnt swear so much 😂
I'm on the road from fat to fit right now. Was 314 down to 293. I struggle hard cuz I also deal with depression and anxiety. my life is super heavy at the moment but your positivity motivates me Seth.
My weakness in my chest is my lower chest. I used to have a weak chest until I started focusing on feeling the muscle work instead of simply moving weight, now my chest is actually not bad. Started incorporating dips into my routine, hopefully this will help build my lower chest. My favourite movement for chest is dumbbell presses, either flat or on an incline.
Have been doing incline db w seth sets and db fly trifecta sets for the last month and a half and I have seen a huge difference! Still along way to go but headed in the right direction
