CHEST DAY - WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
*Warmup - Goal is to Push Blood into Your Chest
1. Incline DB Press - 4 sets X 12, 10, 8, 10, Seth Set
Seth Set - Heavy weight to failure, then double that many reps with half the weight
2. Flat DB Flys - 4 sets X 12, 10, 8, 8
Heavy Weight - Good Clean Reps
3. Incline Chest Press Machine - 3 sets X 10, 8, to failure
Last Set - Drop Set - 2 Drops in Weight - Go to Failure
Superset
4. DB Pullovers - 3 sets X 12, 10, 8
Increase in Weight Each Set
5. Peck Dec Flys - 3 sets X 10-12
Big Stretch, Big Squeeze Each Rep!
Moderate Weight, Finish Strong
6. Ladder Push-Ups 1 set 10 Reps Each Position (3 down, 3 up) 60 Pushups Total

Absolutely. Just in the context of the video, I've always considered the DB pullovers as more of a lat + ab exercise. This is the first I have heard of it being used in a chest workout. However, it is CLEARLY working for Seth! Always good to get alternative views and challenge what you think is right.
Man I discovered Seth about a year ago…now before I work at the beginning of my workouts I am watching one of his training videos or listening to him about something he is just an inspiration it makes you wanna lift some heavy shit…I love this guy! He has helped me out tremendously with my workouts I push myself harder and I learned so much…Glad to see ya back & healthy.

Bro I did 2 scoop of the Hydraulic and Ignition Switch earlier this week and hit Back & Bis and JESUS CHRIST I had an INNNSSSAAANNNEEE pump!!! My arms were swollen for hours and it was sore af the next day. Crazy good pump! I had forgotten how much I loved that stuff

This workout was 🔥. I use to start out with a triple set on cable flies to go to pre exhaustion but I always feel a better pump starting with inclines, than flats, and any accessory type movement towards the end with high intensity and high reps
