yeah dude, absolutely. I've seen hundreds of videos from various trainers and Seth's are the best by far. He's great at explaining things i'm having great workouts now (started using his workouts maybe 10 days ago).
@@joshuablanchette878 if you like seth, I can recommend Ben Pakulski, hypertrophycoach, eugene teo and the mountaindog if you want more training/bodybuilding info

@@simzmarch3567 he probably does his shoulders 3 times a week,,,, starts light builds up and keeps going. I went from 15lbs side lateral raises to 25lbs in 3 weeks,,, consistency is key for all muscle groups. You have to set your ego aside with shoulders if you hurt them you're fucked
Consistency, frequency, and intensity are definitely key. Put on some serious side delt mass over 6-8 months, blasting sides regularly. Went from 25lbs to lower reps with 55s. Feel a lot more strength in that bodypart as well.
Explains everything perfectly, gets into the detail and also knows what he’s talking about and he’s not like other UA-camrs trynna charge us for workouts 😂😂😂
So I’ve been doing the workouts you’ve laid out, less weight of course but still killing it. I feel muscles I’ve never felt and I’ve been lifting for years. Thank you!
recently started watching him and he's starting to become one of my go to channels to watch really helps since I recently got back into weightlifting and he's motivating as hell
Me too man. When I was a teenager my whole body needed serious help. To me bodybuilding is about turning your weaknesses into strengths. Well, that was every single body part for me. I didn't have any strengths.
I was looking for a good dumbbell workout and Seth is the real deal ! I like his military mentality, his drive and his accurate preciseness, of avoiding injury with the wrong form. Great vid !

Thanks Seth....I'm really getting this now ...weightraining saved my life ..I had covid 19 bad for 6 months ...I lost so much weight ..now I'm back in the gym every other day and stronger than ever at age 62 ...it's never too late to get a great physique ..watching your UA-cam channel has been a Godsend for me ..thanks a million Seth😆😆😆
I have worked out on and off for over 20 years . and this probably the most detailed and thorough explanation ever that anyone has ever given out. This right here is the single handed best shit ever.
This is great. The fact that ur giving out this stuff for free makes u a real gem on youtube. Most web trainers/youtubers dont give this out unless u pay out. Keep up the great content.

I would love a collab with John Meadows. I have no idea if they know each other or not, but it seems to me that it would make such good content for both of them.
@Dan Lee Full body is shown to be better in naturals, why are you not doing that? why are there NO bodybuilders doing that? I've read plenty, I prefer using my own experiences and that of others to come to the conclusion that 2x times a week is good, once a week is also good, preferably for advanced bodybuilders.
@Dan Lee Then you clearly don't follow natural bodybuilding - the majority competing and winning shows are on splits. Junk volume? I do 20 sets per body part twice per week, i get accused of 'using' very often, um no i just train like a bodybuilder and not do some lolzy 9 sets per body part and calling anything more 'junk'
A very good instructional video on the proper technique and form to build and tone the deltoids. He walks you through with great attention to detail. I've been putting a lot of emphasis on building and toning my deltoids. With a healthier diet and intense training, I'm beginning to see results. Thank you for this video.
Thank you so much for all the knowledge and wisdom bro. Keep kickin ass and can't wait to buy some products once the money starts coming back in. Love the humor also.

"The rear delt is a small muscle group", as he points to his ridiculously large rear delt

I died reading this 😂😂
lol when he said that i was like bro your little rear delt is my whole delt haha
It's a small muscle group for a Natty. ;)
in relation to the other heads it makes up less of the deltoid complex.his are well developed.

Hes all natural. Maybe some tribulus, a little boron and maybe some Deer Antler thrown in. Oh and dont forget the creatine and tons of water cress.

Already hit shoulders on wednesday but I'm not sore and I can't waste this level of motivation. Time to hit 'em again.
This had me rollin.
Beyond Pedro Ramos I’d be careful. Being a small muscle group, it’s easy to injury
@Greg Pettis What do you suggest to do multiple times a week like that? Squat/DLift/OHP and just stuff like that?
@Greg Pettis There are other training splits other than fullbody like ppl or Upper/Lower body that work just fine for natural athletes
