Fantastic! Thank you for the reminders about relaxing the face - and tongue to roof of mouth. Had wonderful sense of calm afterwards 😃Happy Christmas 🎄🎅🎁
I'm really appreciating this. I was grateful you talked about losing it for a while. Happened to me and probs lots of others. I've gone through phases of fitness, and then some tough times or injuries happen and I lose it. So I'm going to try these primal moves your showing to get back into it again. And your nice and chilled about it and that helps.🙏
Thanks for sharing! It is certainly a journey. Stoked to hear this stuff is resonating with you. These particular moves, the resets, support the long game of feeling good. That’s what it’s all about! Dropping a primal movement program this upcoming week so stay tuned!
Love you dude. Watching a lot of videos of you lately. I genuinely appreciate your way of life and thank you for sharing this. Would be nice, if our paths crosses at some point in life, since you also seem to travel a lot :D
@@smoovmoves Well, its complicated :D currently traveling south-east asia (Thailand at the moment), but will go back to Germany and next year Czech Republic (Prague). But also looking to go to Canada. Maybe along the way we can catch up, haha..
Love it! Super simple read and easy to implement stuff. I’m going to continue to share resources that have been pivotal in my growth as a mover and a person. More to come! Appreciate the support
I learned this particular tongue reset elsewhere but There’s some info on the tongue position in pressing reset. The tongue position and suctioning movement is an important and primary developmental pattern, I’m sure Tim goes into more depth on this in other books and courses.
@@cinmac3his channel draws on many resources, not just the Original Strength folks, whose work is awesome but pretty limited. Grant curates and modifies information to make it highly accessible and in my experience very helpful. I really appreciate his channel and I’ve compared it to a lot of other people in the primal movement field. For non-high performance athletes, I find his channel to be the best. ❤
80 years old. Tried it for the first time. I feel awesome. Thank you!
Thank you brother
What an epic reset! Thank you very much!
