I feel like I’m on irl class with how you explain the whole routine before starting the class, each and every movement being conscious of how we may be making a mistake and saying the proper way of doing it. Thank you so much for that. Keep up the good work I congratulate you :)
I agree with other commenters. You did a great planning job on this video--first a quick run-through of all the poses, then a 5 second preview of each pose before the timer started. This kind of design makes it easy for those of us with our iPads on the floor, trying to keep up with the video. Well done! I wish all exercise videos were designed like this one. The visible timer is also a great addition.
Your explanations are very helpful! I appreciate you laying things out in an easy to understand way. I now know that I have been doing these moves incorrectly for years haha BUT I'm relieved to have better insight and can start implementing these adjustments I have learned from your video 👍🏻
Such an awesome, simple routine. Love having a follow along for this bc it's something I always want to do but often get lazy too do on my own. This served as a great warm up for me today, which I then followed up w another one of your follow alongs. Dripping sweat on a raining day that i normally may have skipped my workouts on and blamed the weather. Appreciate these videos so much, thank you!
Perfect workout that is short and can be done really anywhere, so does not allow for excuses! 😉👍I love the progression and the explanations. The most difficult variations are so far beyond my reach, and with some others I started on 20 sec instead of 30 (to make sure I keep the proper form), but I am sure that if I carry on doing this workout at least couple of times a week, I will gradually get there.🙂
Way to meet yourself with where you're at! And yes, you'll continuously make progress and be able to hit all the progressions in this workout. Keep up the good work!
Yes, been looking for a good core routine. This is great, simple but so effective. The explanations make it feel like we are right there doing them with you. Great job!!!
Great to hear! Definitely good to mix in some of these positions to build stability for the animal movements. Will have to throw some primal isometrics into the next one for you!
When I do the side plank on the left side, I noticed that my left hip/IT band is weak and I can't lift my right leg.. what can I do to strengthen the left side?
@@mystic2780 stick the the short side plank with the leg lift for a couple weeks then retest in the long side plank. There are some accessory moves you could do, will include in a future video, but simply regress to the side plank variation that is attainable right now
Intro explanations during the rest periods, makes this a superior tutorial.
Awesome! Glad those explanations are helpful!
You have such a beautiful essence inside and out. Thank you for being you 💚

Exactly what I was looking for. I love the isometric/animal flow movements. Looking for the "perfect combination" of the two...

Super nice workout! Side ones were tough!

Is this in the short side plank or long side plank?
@@smoovmoves Long side plank!
