Thank you, it was great!❤ I was not planning much physical activity today, as I haven't been feeling very well, but this looked really tempting, so I decided to go "kill or cure"😉. And it definitely did not kill me.😁 Cannot say I am completely cured, but I feel much better afterwards.🎉😊
How much of your training is mobility/ locomotive work (e.g. active mobility/ animal flow / elements / original strength type stuff vs traditional strength/ calisthenics (e.g pushups, pullups, pistols, kettlebells, etc.? You look jackedand ripped yet you dont seem to do lots of strength work.
Great question. I train strength 2x week both bodyweight and loaded exercises with either kettlebells or sandbags. Everything else during the week is movement, skill work and play. Also include somatics and recovery like qi gong, postural breathing exercises and stretching.
@@smoovmoves what kind of Somatics work do you do? I looked I to Somatics in the past and there's so many different schools of it I didn't know where to start!. Maybe you could do a video on it ..?
These fun, laid-back movements are perfect for me currently! 👌
I love this one, your precision on the "good" movement and position is very precious. Thanks a lot.
Thank you for this beautiful grounded movement Dose. I practiced it in the morning and it really helped me loosen up.❤ Thank you grant 🙏
