I've mostly been making up my own prsctices since late Spring, because I felt I was too dependent on following videos, so this was my first in a while. Felt great to get my Smoov on, and of course I always incorporate some of you into some of my movements, so much much much thanks!
Guilty of skipping animal flow over the summer, was doing a lot of cycling. Then the upper body asked for load, started doing pull ups and now I'm back :) I must say after doing pull ups for a few weeks, animal flow has become more flowy
