I'm so happy that I stumbled upon your videos. You explain stuff so easily that everyone understands and do your best to get through the movements. I practice a yoga weekly called repair/flow yoga and it is all about taking it slower and really taking time to breathe in/out and finding time to stretch muscles we forget. I love following you, and I can not wait to see more. Thank you so much from this 60-year-old man who still wants to keep moving :) All my best to you ...
