The tip about the work doesn't stop after the reps really hit home. I haven't hurt myself in a long time doing workout, but have messed up my back at the end putting up weights, wich resulted in my having to take it easy for a week. Great tips, love what you do for us old Men!

Hi just like to say love your videos, I am bike to work 5 days a week about 5miles each way 30/45 minutes will this lower I testosterone
