    The tip about the work doesn't stop after the reps really hit home. I haven't hurt myself in a long time doing workout, but have messed up my back at the end putting up weights, wich resulted in my having to take it easy for a week.
    Great tips, love what you do for us old Men!

    Love the workout. I have 30 min break for lunch & I spend each break with you at the "Steel Plate Cafe" where it's an all you can eat. Lol

    Hi just like to say love your videos, I am bike to work 5 days a week about 5miles each way 30/45 minutes will this lower I testosterone

    Squats: You need to always remind people to BREATHE IN as you go DOWN, and BREATHE OUT as you stand UP..
