Smashed this along with you guys! I love these non-repeats. This workout modality, is very well written! Legs first, hitting the bigger muscle groups all the way down to the smaller and auxiliary muscles. I even added a cardio based Tabbata workout as a finisher. Highly respect your work Mr. Funk!

I've been doing the pull, push legs workout for the four weeks and fancied a change. This was far better for me starting with legs as I felt I could go heavier than I could when finishing on legs Great workout thanks both of you
I used resistance bands in this workout instead of dumbbells due to genetic grip issues. I'm 25 and didn't break a sweat doing these....however, there are some exercises that I struggle to do such as the lying down tricep ones. What weight range would you recommend to use for this workout? 1/2/3 sets of dumbbells? Would help me prepare for my workout next time I go gym. Thanks for your work!

All I'm thinking is how to go heavy for 45 seconds...of course you don't have to go fast but...when you're accustomed to go heavy then having a 3 minutes break... having to grab the weights after only 15 seconds!! I'll get there, or die trying. Thank you for the workout
