How to boost testosterone and growth hormone with this workout
So, you want to cash in on that post-exercise testosterone spike?
This workout is designed to help you increase your testosterone levels 30 minutes after the workout is done, while boosting your growth hormones both important aspects of building muscle and burning fat.
Research finds that if you want to see increases in T levels, there are three key factors you need to consider:
1. Train large muscle groups → Engaging multiple muscle groups at once means you’re recruiting more muscle mass; more muscle mass recruitment has been shown to be an important factor in testosterone release - 1, 3
2. Lift heavy → The more muscle mass you have, the more testosterone your body releases. Low weight, high rep helps to tone muscle, but lifting heavy is the way to go if you want to add muscle - 1
3. Shorten your rest periods → Rest period during resistance training is an important variable that can help increase anabolic hormone concentrations. Studies find that a shorter rest period (60 seconds) resulted in greater increases in GH concentrations, while a longer rest period (120 seconds) showed a greater testosterone response - 2
4. 30 Minute Resistance Workouts - performing a 30 minute resistance training session increased testosterone for men by 21 percent and women 16 percent - 4
Basically, you want to maximize your work in the least amount of time, which means going heavy and going hard. The more damage you cause your muscles, the more opportunity they have to grow. There’s a time and place for light loads and low-intensity, but when you’re trying to jack up your testosterone levels it’s not the time for it.
30 Minute Testosterone Boosting Workout Full Body NO REPEAT Workout
Perform each exercise one after the other for 45 seconds of work followed 15 seconds rest for one round. 30 exercises with no repeat.

I've been doing the pull, push legs workout for the four weeks and fancied a change. This was far better for me starting with legs as I felt I could go heavier than I could when finishing on legs
