First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Coach Funk! The new gym set is sick!!!!!!! BTW....Finally hit my Pre Diabetic goal. Thanks for your help. It all started with the 28 day program on Over 40. I have completed 3 more 28 day programs and have even got a few of the promos for supplements (Excellent as well) And the free DB program and Sparten programs. My GOD! Enough said.
Funkster great video great workout used 15 and 35 will have to purchase 25 to do a full workout w/ same dumbbells. As always TY you rock and I am getting it done.!

I just retired after 32 year of law enforcement and your programs are part of my daily routine. Thanks for your knowledge, and time brother.
Thanks Funk. Loving you brother. This work was…great. I’ll give it 6/10 on the funk scale. Everything was though with my Heart rate around 166. (Only have one set of weight at home)….then dropped to about 140 then lower at the RDLs and on. I would keep the first part and switch to another funk classic to finish up. KPF!

Thank you Funk for your workouts, due to covid positive i was isolated at home and at least i could do something whilst in isolation. Is there any way you can get rid of the adds during the workout as when trying to follow the timer etc, then adds pop up!
Hey funk Roberts app if your in your early/mid 30s these exercises can work for you as well right? You don’t have too be in 40s? I’ve been watching your UA-cam videos since the start of the pandemic and it’s been a nice change of pace from normal weight lifting. I’m sure like most exercise what you put in to it is what you get out of it so age shouldn’t matter?
3 sets of each!! *sigh* these are humbling, I don't know if I hate or love it. I'm not a beginner but with so little rest time I cannot go high on the weights. Be safe everybody, .....hurting your back on a workout is far worse than the thing that occupy the news.
I understand having ads in the very beginning and end of video, but during the middle of a fckn set??? TWICE??? dude, at least put the ads during the rest periods between exercises wtf
There has been a huge change visually (in my opinion) in your physique in the past few years. What do you attribute to your thickening up and more pronounced muscles? You do not post as many MMA videos. Are you training less for performance and more towards Aesthetics? Would you care to talk about that in depth in a video? Obviously a reply to the comment is also very acceptable.

Excercises gets harder as you get older. No matter how fit you are. Just never quit or give up.
