Ebenfalls wichtig ist die Ernährung. Kein Zucker, keine Milchprodukte, möglichst kein Brot. Und viel Bewegung.

I work for hours and feel exhausted and burnout. I still have some more to do, it's gonna take me another hour. I take a 15 min break, how should I spend it? I find this and I start it. Tui người bé sẵn nhưng ghét tập cardio, dễ nản lắm, bắt đầu vào bộ môn này từ 2 năm trước. Hầu như lịch tập của tui không có bài cardio nào luôn hihi, tui chỉ tập cơ thôi. Nhưng bài này của Pamela là ngoại lệ. Tui mê bài này, tập không biết mệt là gì. Bà nào không tập được cardio nặng nặng như tui thì rất nên học bài này nha, cảm giác chill chứ không mệt 🤍🩷 Kết hợp thêm mấy bài abs của Pamela siêu đã ❤️
@@Miu_22NP dạ đúng rồi, cardio giảm toàn thân, xen kẽ abs để săn chắc . Mà tui thấy abs dễ theo dễ bền hơn á bà, cardio thì không cần thiết phải tập liên tục. Vì 2 năm tui không tập bài cardio nào vẫn thấy mỡ tay bụng đùi giảm hẳn.
This is one of the best dance/cardio workouts I've ever done. The moves and songs are fun, sexy, and enjoyable. Moves are done neatly and executed by our German Queen Pam. This cannot loose to any other dance video there is!!!

Úi c ơi mk thấy bảo nên tập cardio 3 lần / tuần thui á. Mk cx tập 3 lần / tuần thấy người mảnh rõ lun😊

Tui người bé sẵn nhưng ghét tập cardio, dễ nản lắm, bắt đầu vào bộ môn này từ 2 năm trước. Hầu như lịch tập của tui không có bài cardio nào luôn hihi, tui chỉ tập cơ thôi. Nhưng bài này của Pamela là ngoại lệ. Tui mê bài này, tập không biết mệt là gì. Bà nào không tập được cardio nặng nặng như tui thì rất nên học bài này nha, cảm giác chill chứ không mệt 🤍🩷

@@Miu_22NP dạ đúng rồi, cardio giảm toàn thân, xen kẽ abs để săn chắc . Mà tui thấy abs dễ theo dễ bền hơn á bà, cardio thì không cần thiết phải tập liên tục. Vì 2 năm tui không tập bài cardio nào vẫn thấy mỡ tay bụng đùi giảm hẳn.

tập mệt cực nhớ lần đầu mới tập tập ko ra hơi nhưng mà vui và ở cường độ ko quá cao nên ng có sức kém như tui vẫn tập đc
