Ebenfalls wichtig ist die Ernährung. Kein Zucker, keine Milchprodukte, möglichst kein Brot. Und viel Bewegung.

I work for hours and feel exhausted and burnout. I still have some more to do, it's gonna take me another hour. I take a 15 min break, how should I spend it? I find this and I start it. I am tired but happy to move a little. At the last song I wasn't even following the instructions. I was just dancing and vibing in a way I haven't in a long time, with a gigantic smile on my face.
