Ever since I started college, everything has been hectic and a bit depressing, I stopped working out all together. I made the tiny decision of starting working out again, starting with this video and 100% happiness guaranteed- I've never felt this happy and satisfied in such a while, thank you for making this video so fun and productive Pamela!! ❤️

Whenever I do this workout I feel very emotional in a good way, especially during the Bruno part. It feels like I am releasing some heavy burden off my chest to the point that I get teary-eyed. I love it!

I woke up really tired and lazy today and when I saw 3 cardio videos on the program, I was about to give up. Then I thought of my promise to myself that I would eat a few packs of chips and jellybeans last night and burn it tomorrow, but this time I realized that I was very lazy about the warming and cooling movements. Then a lot of excuses started to come to my mind, and at that moment it occurred to me that I was just standing where I was thinking I immediately stopped thinking, stood up and successfully completed all 3 videos. Yes, I didn’t do the warm-up and cooling movements, but I’m still proud of myself and now I feel good. I’m more energetic for the rest of the day. Thank you Pam, I’m trying to open a new page in my life and you really help a lot.

I had been slacking for the past 8 months or so (ugh). I just got back on the exercise horse a couple days ago.
