this seriously seriously works ;-; I had bow legs for a long time, I even didn’t wear knee length dresses/pants because of it. Now my legs are straight enough that my knees almost touch - barely 2 cm between them. I did one set/day for about a month, no other exercises (and pay attention to April’s tips about bad posture). I am past puberty so I though my legs could not be much straighter - now I can wear clothes more freely and avoid back pain later in life. Thank you April ;-;

In the video, it says you should do the workout once a day, that's what I did. But I suppose you can do it twice (in the morning and in the evening) if you have more time.
@@purrtygirl10 The thing that no one tells you is that if you have hyperextended knees it's because there's another imbalance in your body and your knees bend to correct this imbalance. If like me you have hyperextended knees you may also have what is called pelvic tilt (an imbalance in your hips). I was following the video from the UA-cam Austin Goh to get rid of pelvic tilt and also doing stretching everyday to release the tensions responsible for any imbalance. Also, if you play sport and always work the same muscle groups, it creates an imbalance because you'll have a group of muscles that is weaker than the other, and imbalance is back again. Hope my message is understandable 😊

Wafa Romero well false wide hips are basically your femur internally rotating changing your knee shape and creating an illusion of wide hips..which may look appealing from the outside but it‘S very painful.. it’s not necessarily fat, it’s just your bones rotating.. this exercise may help with lifting your butt but I’m not too sure about burning saddlebag fat.. hope this helped :)

It works remarkably. After about 3 weeks I noticed my legs are way straighter. When I started doing it I was sceptical because it didn't challenge me but still this is very effective.

@@purrtygirl10 The thing that no one tells you is that if you have hyperextended knees it's because there's another imbalance in your body and your knees bend to correct this imbalance. If like me you have hyperextended knees you may also have what is called pelvic tilt (an imbalance in your hips). I was following the video from the UA-cam Austin Goh to get rid of pelvic tilt and also doing stretching everyday to release the tensions responsible for any imbalance. Also, if you play sport and always work the same muscle groups, it creates an imbalance because you'll have a group of muscles that is weaker than the other, and imbalance is back again. Hope my message is understandable 😊

@@華麗リリィ これだけだとかなり時間かかると思うんですが一応O脚は改善されるので足が真っ直ぐになることで多少長く見えるようになると思います。
でも脚を長くするなら、骨盤周りの歪みを整えて、特に下っ腹、内もも辺りの筋トレをする方を全力ですすめます! 特に内ももあたりの筋肉を鍛えると膝下の骨の歪みがなくなるのでスネの外側に筋肉が張らなくなるし、ももとお尻がキュッとしまるのでめちゃめちゃ長く見えるようになります~😊

I still don’t get it.. is it the false wide hip means that excessive fat store in our hip & saddlebags? I used to have wide hip and excessive fat store in my saddlebags & I wanna get rid of it.. so can I do this exercise to get rid of it?
Wafa Romero well false wide hips are basically your femur internally rotating changing your knee shape and creating an illusion of wide hips..which may look appealing from the outside but it‘S very painful.. it’s not necessarily fat, it’s just your bones rotating.. this exercise may help with lifting your butt but I’m not too sure about burning saddlebag fat.. hope this helped :)

@@heiwapeace2721 一時期は受験で忙しかったのでやってませんでしたがまたやり始めました。受験直後の2週間くらいは毎日やっていて、今は思い出した時にやるって感じでやってます。課題とかで忙しいので多く見積っても週3日とかだと思います。それも全部の動きをやってるわけじゃなくて、ほとんどの日は効果が大きい気がしてるやつだけです。具体的には、貝のやつとカエルのやつです。あと1番初めのピンと立つやつも、効果の程は小さいように感じますがお手軽なので思い出したらやっています(これは信号待ちの時とか、ほんとに気がついたその時にできるから良い!)。
受験期も、この動画のストレッチ?こそしていなかったものの座り方とかを気をつけていたので、今までずっとO脚がコンプレックスでしたが自分で気にならなくなるくらいまで改善しました。一般的に見たらまだ「真っ直ぐ!!!」ではないと思いますが私は満足しています。

It works remarkably. After about 3 weeks I noticed my legs are way straighter.
When I started doing it I was sceptical because it didn't challenge me but still this is very effective.

@@imaarmygirl459 To be honest it was long ago and I no longer care if my legs aren't straight. It probably helps but most of all deciding to exercise to be able to accept yourself will work.
Sports make me feel accomplished.
I genuinely wanna know if we have to continue the exercise after our legs got straight or we can just leave it gradually.

I've been doing this for 4 or 5 days now and my knees are now only a cm or two apart and it's much easier to get them to touch! My legs look so much longer and straighter I'll continue to do this!

I can tell that after 10 days of doing these I'm seeing I difference and I even like it for my back. Some of these exercises remind me of the ones I did at kinesiology sessions when I had a herniated disc and like those, they feel very relaxing and soothing for my back :)
