I invented a new workout move called curtsey lunge to leg lift with kitten avoidance sweep. My one kitten thinks it's very fun to launch herself at mums leg as it comes over her head 😂. Loved this workout Rebecca! Thank you! My bum is on fire 😂❤

How many days a week do you work out lower body? I always think because they are ahort workouts, I can do 3 x wkly. Any thoughts?
I personally workout 3-4 times a week, one hour. So every time I workout I put there legs, upper body, cardio etc....
