  • How to do the Arabesque on the pole. No inverting required. But that being said it is definitely a challenging one even though you don't need to invert to get into it. This beautiful shape requires a coordination of contact points so as to make it look like the effortless floating shape that it can be. This tutorial will walk you thru finding those contact points from the ground before trying the transition out from a pole sit. You can do this move on static or spin but the centripetal force of the spinning pole definitely helps hold the position in place.
    A great one to add into your combo or for your next pole photoshoot! Try this move out and please tag me in your endeavors with @elizabeth_bfit and #elizabethbfit.

    Okay but can we talk about how you exited into shoulder mount trap split? Where's the tutorial on that? :-D :-D

    I loved the tutorial! One question! What was the final vertical spit move you did at the end of the video?

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  4 роки тому +2

      It's a shoulder mount split catch. I don't currently have a tutorial on that one but I'd be happy to make one if it would be helpful.

    These upright shapes are always the hardest 😓

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  9 місяців тому

      OMG I agree! I wonder sometimes if they seem that much harder because our perception of what they "should be" in our minds is so different.
