- How to Train Your No Leg Pole Climb on the pole. This one is for ALL levels! You can and should start working on this one at any level of your pole journey. The no leg pole climb can be just for conditioning or the beginning of an epic pole pass. It also becomes a great way to build towards an aerial phoenix for those of you advanced polers. Don't be intimidated by this one but instead watch the tutorial thru and work on the step in front of you. You can work on your no leg climb on either static or spin with slight variations for each that we'll cover in this tutorial.

Dear Elizabeth, could you please do a tutorial on a twisted grip ayesha drop down to a holly drop?
I'm not sure if I know what that one looks like. I'm familiar with the holly drop but not sure on the transition from a twisted grip. Do you have a video you can send me a link to or describe it in more detail so I can visualize it?

Hi Elizabeth, I am trying to look for a tutorial for a no leg climb but with a kip. We call it cast climb (?) I think in our studio but cannot find something about it. Thought, you might know and give tips? Thanks

Maybe just wear a tank top when starting out so you don't have stomach drag. Can't wait to try this
