  • How to do the Libellula on the pole. This pole shape is for all levels, no inverting required. I will warn you though that it does leave a wee pole kiss on that inside forearm. Play with leg variations on the move, you can make it a split, a double stag or whatever shape you would like. This one is beautiful on spin or static. A great one to add into your combo or for your next pole photoshoot! This one is a gorgeous shape whether one or both of the legs come off the pole so try it out and don't feel you have to commit to the complete split shape.
    Try this move out and please tag me in your endeavors with @elizabeth_bfit and #elizabethbfit. If you have any questions about this tutorial please leave your comments below and I would love to answer them. If you have any requests for future tutorials please leave them in the comments below!

    So pleased to see this pose being broken down and done on static pole! Only seen it done on spinning and feared it was only reserved for spinning - due to getting assistance from
    centrifugal force. Thx from the UK and stay safe

      It absolutely works on spin or static and equally beautiful on either.

    It’s called the libellula or dragonfly. (Libellula translates to dragonfly in Italian and Spanish).

      Thank you for that break down. I did not know the translation.

    Do you have a video on different moves for exiting these?

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  6 місяців тому

      Exiting the Libellula? If that's what you mean then yes, there are multiple combos with this move and various exits. My favorite is exiting to a ballerina.

    Great tutorial. I gave it a go and you explained it perfectly. How does should it take to condition the forearm?

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  4 роки тому

      Glad you enjoyed it. Good question on the forearm. It is different for everyone. But I will say that once you get used to it with this trick it crosses over to many other forearm tricks.

    Thank you Elzabeth! I have problem keeping the toe pointed on the leg pushing the pole when grabbing with the hand. Any hint?

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  4 роки тому

      Sorry, no secret sauce. Just practice and repetition working on that toe point.

    No se si lo hice bien, pero me salio un chichón en el antebrazo y un Hematoma gigante en el tricep, me dolió demasiado. Creo que quede mal puesta.

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  2 роки тому +1

      Este definitivamente puede dejar un moretón en el antebrazo.
      Si aún no lo ha hecho, me encantaría que se una a mi grupo privado de Facebook de EBFit y comparta sus videos allí para celebración, comentarios e indicaciones. Asegúrate de responder las preguntas del grupo de FB para que sepa que eres un compañero poler 😉

      I fought in the National Black Belt League for a couple of years until my knee injury took me out. Had planned to transition to MMA the following year, but...life takes us on a wild ride sometimes. I have a brief blog about it on my website here: elizabethbfit.com/my-back-story/
