Thanks for the tutorial 😘 I've tried it yesterday but found it quite hard not to slip with my hands. With your advice I'll try it again. You're tutorials are always so helpful 😍
Not every move, trick or transition works the first time but that doesn't mean it won't be magical the next time we revisit it! You got this! We all have extra slippery days from time to time!
absolutely beautiful. I want to do this move one day. I came searching for the name of this move after watching a video of Ashley Fox doing this move with her legs fully released to make a stag / bridge shape near the end in her 2018 national pso performance
Have you tried this chest press? Would love to see yours if and when you do! If you have not done so already, I’d love to have you join my EBFit private Facebook group and share your videos there for celebration, feedback and pointers. Make sure you answer the FB group questions so I know you are a fellow poler 😉 facebook.com/groups/EBFitPolers/
Great move! And as with your tutorials in general I love how you explain the technique. That's really helpful. We tried this move in class, a variant of this. Like a butterfly but with chest press. It was actually easier than I thought, but I think I'm a bit weird in what comes easy to me and what doesn't? What really helped was shoulder mount technique, shooting up enough to grip the pole like an inverted crucifix (your shoulder mount videos are awesome!) and arching my back which I remembered from this video. Leaning away helped too.
My pleasure. So glad you are enjoying my tutorials. Lovely! I'm gonna have to give this a try as soon as I get back the strength I lost during quarantine 😅 I have a question though: does the kind of top you're wearing affect this move? Is it easier with less clothing, does the contact point change if you have more coverage on the chest, etc?
Marta it depends on how solid you are in your strength and shoulder mount but yes having skin on your chest (versus wearing a high neck top) will help with the grip for sure.
@@Elizabeth_BFit Honestly there pretty good. I’m still working on being comfortable with it and trusting myself. I’m new to going upside down and getting down from there
The whole video or just the first few seconds of the demo? The demo is silent due to copywriter music removed but then sound kicks in on the tutorial part.
I love you. you always say "it doesn't feel so good" instead of "it hurts like a bitch". so nice of you to put it so gently
Bahahahaha! I've lost all feeling in my arms I think from years of pole and straps.

You are awesome! I tried this move and it was harder than it looks, but I had lots of fun! Thank you
It is definitely a surprisingly challenging trick. So happy you had fun with it. Stay tuned for more fun shapes and transitions coming your way!

lmao when I tried my first crucifix my mind was like 👁👄👁. I kid you not I froze in fear lol
You are not alone on that one!!! How do your crucifixes feel now? Have they gotten more comfortable?

Your video has no sound for me
