I commented on your other video for PCOS. I also love this Video. I also tried the one you suggested but forgot to comment. These are so enjoyable and easy to follow. I more so enjoy the different exercises vs repeating the same circuit. I’m definitely a new fan.😊

I looooove this. But as usual, i had to take breaks in between sessions because i could feel my heart rate increase too much. May i ask if you have slow weighted workouts for pcos? Heart rate low but muscle will work.
I tried this out for the first time today with 1 kg dumbbells. Was exhausted. I couldn't do side planks.Also can't sit on my heels due to.a right knee injury so sat cross legged. Otherwise could handle it. Btw I am 70 so I should pay myself on the back for even.getting through it right?. Love your workouts Akshaya. Do them 6 days a week.❤

I loved this workout! I added a light band for my legs to add more weight and used 3 lb dumb bells. It was exactly what my body needed!

This is intermediate intensity. And it’s not yoga but Pilates :) it’s always mentioned in the title. Pls understand this channel is for all levels :)
