    I m 22 year old..and i don't remember from how many years i didn't get my periods on time..but after doing your 3 videos for hormonal imbalance and pcod...first time i got my periods on time..lots of thanks and love to you mam😍😍🤗

      I too started mams pcod videos and got periods nd lost weight also but don't know why...again my periods has been stopped since 2months ma...I'm 40year old...can anyone please help I have pcod..I'm having balanced diet too

    Loved the moves and I thought the hug at the end was great; such a simple idea but I almost got emotional there for a moment. Thank you for the workout and for speaking in such a calm voice.

    I’m 45 and can’t do the high intensity workouts anymore so I’ve been looking for fitness videos that include just the right amount of intensity and strength and your videos do this with stretching as well. It’s perfect! Thank you 🙏

    I commented on your other video for PCOS. I also love this Video. I also tried the one you suggested but forgot to comment. These are so enjoyable and easy to follow. I more so enjoy the different exercises vs repeating the same circuit. I’m definitely a new fan.😊

    I loved this workout! I added a light band for my legs to add more weight and used 3 lb dumb bells. It was exactly what my body needed!

      @@MoveWithAgnes Please also make a video series / playlist of workouts for the full week. Like one day fat burn, one day core, one day pilates, one day slow pace yoga. It would be so nice to have a playlist that covers my full week & all body parts.

    I looooove this. But as usual, i had to take breaks in between sessions because i could feel my heart rate increase too much. May i ask if you have slow weighted workouts for pcos? Heart rate low but muscle will work.

    I tried this out for the first time today with 1 kg dumbbells. Was exhausted. I couldn't do side planks.Also can't sit on my heels due to.a right knee injury so sat cross legged. Otherwise could handle it. Btw I am 70 so I should pay myself on the back for even.getting through it right?.
    Love your workouts Akshaya. Do them 6 days a week.❤

    I do regular yoga to watch your videos but this video I found very tough you need to add some soft movement in this when I was doing this was very hard for me so I leave this video mid to the season

      This is intermediate intensity. And it’s not yoga but Pilates :) it’s always mentioned in the title. Pls understand this channel is for all levels :)

      You can start with beginner classes consistently and then opt moderate. That would be great for a start ❤️ keep going :)
