I have started again and this time Iam confident that I will get back my routine and achieve the Target. 7 months update : lost 9 kgs,🤩 with no changes in diet, but I added slow jogging to my routine...3-4 days a week. I've noticed yoga makes me a calmer and happier person overall. Day 1: DRENCHED IN SWEAT!! a little bit difficult but not too bad as i'm not that new into yoga. Day2: Absolutely killed it! Feeling proud of myself. Day3: Lacking motivation but im just gonna keep going ahead, bc i made a goal so imma stick with it.
I have never done yoga before, but it was so relaxing. My mind was so quiet and I sensed peace. I do intense workouts one day and the day following this yoga.
Initially I can't do for 5 MIN traditional hatha yoga...but now I can for 3omin without any break love to try your different videos feeling so refreshing. I diagnosed as fatty liver and endometrium thick . I was so depressed but you giving me so strength. I'm 18y I was not believe why this happens with me. I didn't even junk as compared to others,, but yaaa vath Dosha . I gain weights automatic I was afraid that might be I had thyroid I was so depressed. But thanking radhe krishna to stay with me everytime., and send people like you in my life radhe radhe....
Day 1 done: it was hard and I had to pause the video multiple times to rest because of the burns in my thighs Day 2 done : it was much easier than yesterday. I didn't pause the video but I sat down for a couple of seconds during squats. Huge improvement Day 3 done : It's getting easier everyday. I'll start doing the next part of this from tomorrow! Day 4 done: Now I look forward to doing this as it gives me a great sense of self-confidence and I feel a lot better about myself
Update: - I have stopped doing this and started doing dance workouts as they are much more fun to do + some wall push ups, squats, planks and crunches - Also tried to walk minimum 7k steps 4-5 times a week - I have lost 3kgs from January 2024 to May 2024. - I recommend videos of The Fitness Marshall for dance workouts - I am not saying this video is ineffective, I just switched to dance workouts because I lost motivation to workout and dancing doesn't feel like working out as it lifts up your mood as well Best of luck to all :)

Hi Agnes, I reduced 2.5 kgs of weight by doing this yoga for 1 month and the part 2 for another 1 month. I feel very good, gained good strength in my legs, my periods got regulated and my body is quite flexible now. Plus, i wasn't on a very strict diet, just portion controls and a little fasting. Thank you for posting such videos. They really work! Do you have other vidoes for someone who is not very beginner like me now😅
I usually do intense workouts at home.. in few days/months I got bored and my body felt stressed.. completely lost interest in workouts.. finally made up my mind to start yoga which flows with the body rather than stressing it.. Im going to start this yoga from October 1.My initial weight is 75 kg.. I wish to reduce 15kg within 3 months. With a healthy meal plan include less carbs, less sugar, salt, fat,. Started this today, haven’t exercised in over a year. This was not too hard to scare me off but still challenging. Had to take 2mins brks in between. Baby steps…. But did feel the burn and feel very happy! Can’t wait to do this everyday!!
This is the first time I have tried yoga exercises in my life. I used to do high-intensity exercises, but this is the best. While I was doing these exercises, I felt like I was on a soft cloud. I felt sleepy and at peace, but I also felt pain in my thighs. I will do this every day, in Morning and before bed Day 1: Done ✅
Tried doing Yoga on a continues basis for different points of my life and when I find this video, I look forward to every morning to complete the session. Hi! New person right here, over the summer i took a break from working out and just followed my regular diet and walking every morning. I started my weight loss journey of Memorial Day of last year, I used to weigh 155 but now I weigh 125 and my goal is to be at 115. I take Wednesdays and Sundays off and I wanted to get back into working out slowly again so I’m starting small to get my body used to it again so i skimmed through your video and my goodness looked easy and relaxed! I’ll be starting this September 1st and I’m looking forward to getting back into my regular workout slowly as time progressed. 😊

ngl it wasn’t easy for me to complete. on 16th minute i thought i wouldn’t make it but at the end, when i was laying on my back and realized that i managed to finish the whole session i was so cheerful and relaxed
day 1: sweat a little because the ac turned on. but still feels great after the yoga. the stiffness around my neck slowly dissepear. day 2: turned off the ac, and sweat a lot during the yoga. also feels great after the yoga, my body feels light after 1 month i finally do this again 1 and 2 january 2024. happy new year

Im a 5'4" 22 year old weighing 68 kgs. I want to lose 10 kgs by the end of this year. Dieting has always been difficult for me, and whenever I used to diet, I'd go back to muching snacks or ordering takeout and i never felt good about it. So now, I've decided to workout everyday, except for 5 🩸 days every month and minimised takeouts by once every two weeks. I also keep a walking goal of min 6k reaching upto 10k steps every day even on 🩸 days. So, lets see. If I can lose 10 kgs by December. Using this space for accountability 🎀
It is achievable to. Loose 10 kg in 5 months easily 1st 4 to 5 kg you can loose in just 1 month by following good diet and 30 minutes workout and walking Go with very simple diet, just cut down some portion in your meal . Add mid morning fruits and evening time something healthy like roasted chna, makhane It is simple, In last month I reduced my 4 kg by following these all what I said, hoping for best result in this month

Since I do daily exercise & yoga, I didn't have any difficulty in doing the movement. But it feels much fresher after this session... thankyou ❤❤❤
ngl it wasn’t easy for me to complete. on 16th minute i thought i wouldn’t make it but at the end, when i was laying on my back and realized that i managed to finish the whole session i was so cheerful and relaxed
day 1: sweat a little because the ac turned on. but still feels great after the yoga. the stiffness around my neck slowly dissepear.
day 2: turned off the ac, and sweat a lot during the yoga. also feels great after the yoga, my body feels light
after 1 month i finally do this again

Im a 5'4" 22 year old weighing 68 kgs. I want to lose 10 kgs by the end of this year. Dieting has always been difficult for me, and whenever I used to diet, I'd go back to muching snacks or ordering takeout and i never felt good about it. So now, I've decided to workout everyday, except for 5 🩸 days every month and minimised takeouts by once every two weeks. I also keep a walking goal of min 6k reaching upto 10k steps every day even on 🩸 days. So, lets see. If I can lose 10 kgs by December. Using this space for accountability 🎀

1st 4 to 5 kg you can loose in just 1 month by following good diet and 30 minutes workout and walking
Go with very simple diet, just cut down some portion in your meal .
Add mid morning fruits and evening time something healthy like roasted chna, makhane

In last month I reduced my 4 kg by following these all what I said, hoping for best result in this month
We can share our daily update but in 2 to 3 days my period 😢
