- Pranayama can be really helpful if you practice regularly, if you cant practice asana regularly, at least take out 20 minutes a day for a better mind and body. These Pranayamas are very simple yet very powerful and can help you with many issues like stress, anxiety, insomnia, headache, nervous system balance and many more. Practice every day also share it with people who need this.
Kapalbhati: Practice with slow breaths if you have any health issues like BP and if you are a beginner if you are a regular practitioner then you can continue to practice at a fast pace.
Ujjayi breathing: This pranayama can be practiced for better health of the throat and the lungs, and especially for the thyroid this can be a medicine. Practicing these regularly can keep your lungs and throat healthy.
Naadishuddi: This pranayama is a blessing where you can practice this any time and any number of times irrespective of your health conditions. You can practice this every day and see the difference

Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out.....
It’s all about awareness. All of us can do it reverse the way you mentioned but we should try to change the breathing pattern as well as stomach and chest movements . Try this today again and focus with awareness try to move your stomach accordingly 😊🙏

Hi, in the video you start nadishuddi inhaling in the left nostril but you end exhaling in right nostril, is correct? Because usually nadishuddi begins and ends in the same nostril. Can you clarify?
Anulom Vilom Pranayama starts from lest nostril and ends at left nostril, which completes once cycle.
Surya Bhedna Pranayama starts with right and end at left.
Chandra Bhedna starts with left and end at right.

1.Surya namasakaram, 2.Pavan muktha, 3.Marakata,4.Nuka
Pranayama asanas,
5.Aumkaram, 6.Bhastrika, 7.Kapalabhati, 8.Agnisar, 9.Avuhlom,10.Brahmari
Can i add any asanas. As u said Nadi sodhan which is similar to Avuhlom. Im doing these asanas since 3months everyday but still suffering with sinusitis and breathing problem. Kindly suggest
Practice these slowly and most importantly with positive mind. Results may take some time but they definitely come.

Mam am having thyroid, sinus and migraine. So what I practice for cure of thyroid. Please tell me
@@komorebi9763 yes ofcourse ,but as mentioned in video if someone is suffering from thyroid they can do it, but if they are suffering from typhoid + sinus and migraine they shouldnot follow it.

Hi Neha, One question about contracting stomach.
Few Gurus suggest, stomach should go in naturally when you exhale but one should not force stock in. Can you please confirm on this??
As different asana or stretches helps in different ways, different breathing helps in different ways. When you are not doing anything specific activities you can breath natural from your stomach, when you practice kapalbhati, you do this for specific time and not for long, this has is one advantage

I am 71 years old and with type II diabetes blood pressure and angioplasty (2stents) done 2 1/2 years back....Apart from daily walking I do some yoga also with 5 Surya Namaskarams weekly 3 days and end the yoga with Nadi sudhi for 10 minutes...can I do Kabal Batti... second can I go for my walk after doing yoga in the morning?
Hi thanks for writing. You can do kalapbhati and then go for walking. Do kapalbhati slowly as much as possible. Also you can add this yoga practice for yourself

One question For how long is ideal to do Nadi Shuddi and Kapala Bhati. as you mentioned i can do Kapal bhati for a minute then i lose the stamina to continue i am hoping it will improve over time. Nadi shuddi i am able to do for 10 minutes but what would be a good rule of thumb for how long to do. Thank you sister
You can practice depends on your capacity which increases over time and there is no thumb rule here you practice for your own body and your body should be comfortable 😊🙏

I am trying to 'master' siddhasanna before starting to learn pranayama. Are you in half lotus in this video? Do you have a video about working up to a proper siddhasanna (something like the 'full split' video)? My main limitation is at the end getting each foot fully between the opposite calf and thigh (without straining knee ligaments holding the pose and then my legs pulling on my big toes getting out of the pose). Also how to know how thick of a folded towel I should raise my rear end with. Thank you.
