My honest review, Glory to Jesus!!! I dint get periods for almost 7.5 months. I did this yoga for 15 days. I cut sugar intake, processed foods. I had fruits. No other diet, had only hostel food. I did a 10 mins abs workout also to reduce belly area. I didn't take any supplements or hormonal tablets. I got my periods today. Its really working. If you are frustrated about your pcod issues, be consistent on the workout and diet. It will really work.

I have been diagnosed with PCOD in Dec 2019, I had the usual symptoms, but as I tried to be more aware of the problem, lucky for me that I have stumbled upon this video, for past 6 months not only my periods are regular but my skin is also better. To all the ladies, don't be disheartened with this condition, with some lifestyle modification and regular yoga and exercise, you can improve your condition. I have also lost 7Kgs (with some dietary modification obviously). There is no cure of PCOD from pills, so don't waste your time there. I cannot thank you enough for sharing this video. @@feacefullyyy No dear I haven't taken any supplements, but I did included fruits and salads in my diet. I have stopped consumption of packaged foods to almost 90% (I cook myself so sometimes it's cheat day). Haven't had soft drinks since Jan. So these are small things I have changed in my diet. Rest of my food intake is same.

I definitely recommend this Yoga... I had irregular periods since 9 years n wasn't ovulating due to pcos. I started doing this Yoga in September nmy period became regular n fell pregnant in 3 months. To anyone having trouble to conceive this Yoga is for u... With pcos I would also say avoid milk products completely n reduce gluten products. It does help

This video is a miracle. I cannot thank you enough. Please be regular with it, do kapal bhati for minimum 5 minutes (increase time as you get comfortable), and you WILL get your periods regularly. Hi all, this yoga is really helpful. I had missed periods due to PCOS for 3 months. Did this yoga for around 15-16 days regularly, did 1 hour brisk walk, and followed intermittent fasting for a week or so and got my periods without any medication. Thankyou mam for this.

It is really effective. ..... And doesn't take much time.... I love this..... But along with it follow proper diet and take alsi regularly (flax seeds)
I would like to thank you lot this exercise helped me from June itself and I have lost my 3kg weight and hope k I will loose more my weight was stuck at 60kg I just done this exercise daily along with u and my weight got to 57 kg thanks to u I just had homemade foods and I don't did any diet and also if I had craving for having something outside food I had it once in a week I don't had sugar in my food but I use to still take milk tea daily morning with sugar but still I lost weight thanks to u I haded apple cider vinegar also daily thrice a day before my meals and empty stomach I really got my results my period cycle flow is proper from last 3nonths and hope so with ur good wishes I will surely cure my pcod soon lots of luv to u from me thank u so much once again I m really waiting for ur reply if u reply it will really mean a lot to me

Please be regular with it, do kapal bhati for minimum 5 minutes (increase time as you get comfortable), and you WILL get your periods regularly. This video has helped me so much and I wish the same for everyone struggling. Please eat healthy and sleep on time in order for anything to work at all.

Hi all, this yoga is really helpful. I had missed periods due to PCOS for 3 months. Did this yoga for around 15-16 days regularly, did 1 hour brisk walk, and followed intermittent fasting for a week or so and got my periods without any medication. Thankyou mam for this.

Hey madam I was told last year after doing a ultrasound that I have PCOD then I was send to the gynecologist where she give me progesterone to use after using I got my period for 3 months then it just went back it own way it was really depressing n stressful so I start doing some research on Pcod/PCOS I was getting real nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get bk my period but I continue researching what I need to eat n what I need to change in my lifestyle then I bump into your video n I got really motivated I never know exercise was the biggest part of PCOD after seeing the video n the comments from people I was more please n motivated so I get started right away today mark my third day since I am doing the yoga n I got my back I starting crying 😭cause I couldn’t believe it was really happening to me I would definitely make yoga a habit of today I just wanna say thank you 🙏 so much 🙏🙏🙏anybody reading this it really work🙏😩😌

I would like to thank you lot this exercise helped me from June itself and I have lost my 3kg weight and hope k I will loose more my weight was stuck at 60kg I just done this exercise daily along with u and my weight got to 57 kg thanks to u I just had homemade foods and I don't did any diet and also if I had craving for having something outside food I had it once in a week I don't had sugar in my food but I use to still take milk tea daily morning with sugar but still I lost weight thanks to u I haded apple cider vinegar also daily thrice a day before my meals and empty stomach I really got my results my period cycle flow is proper from last 3nonths and hope so with ur good wishes I will surely cure my pcod soon lots of luv to u from me thank u so much once again I m really waiting for ur reply if u reply it will really mean a lot to me
