i searched one good yoga channel on UA-cam for so long. Finnally I found it. Literally no one instruct like you do. I'm suffering from pcod and allergy. Due to my this condition I couldn't focus on anything. But after doing your yoga I feel little bit calm. I'll continue. And I'm sure it will help me to get more calmer. Thank you. Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️

I was able to achieve with your instructions. all your videos are really amazing and I love your channel name "Yoga for Cure". Your way of approach is different than many other Yoga instructors. You are immense knowledgeable person.
Very crisp and clear , only can you educate on the benefits of the different types of pranayams and show mudra clearly with their importance stated. Thanks

Today I liked it a notch higher. Yesterday evening I walked 6.5 km and after today's session 60% of yesterday's tiredness is gone. 🙏 Thank you.
