Great guidance, easy to follow. Just one suggestion, it would be great if you could instruct on how to breathe right for the beginners like me. After starting the practice with you, I found out that I have been breathing wrong, that is, contracting stomach on inhale and expanding on exhale! So an instruction on right breathing would be really helpful! :)
