5 Ingredient Smoothie Recipes:
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 TBSP natural peanut butter (I like ones with a sea salt)
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)
MANGO SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
-1 cup frozen mango chunks
-1/4 lemon juiced
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)
GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/4 english cucumber chopped
-1 cup kale chopped
-1/4 cup cilantro (small handful)
-1 cup filtered water
ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 small steamed or raw beetroot chopped
-1 swiss chard leaf with stem
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/2 frozen ripe avocado
-1/4 cup fresh mint (small handful)
-1 TBSP coconut chips (can use carob or cacao chips)
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

Wonderful video HealthNut! So pleased that you'll be sharing more about your anxiety journey. I struggle with that too and it just gives so much moral support when people like you are op n about not just the anxiety but what you are actively doing about it. One thing I'll be using this year is the book A Year of Living Mindfully by Anna Black. I am going to try to use it as a way to increase my mindfulness practice in order to manage my anxiety through weekly exercises. I'm curious to see how it will go! Also watching your videos is really relaxing!!

I'm new to your channel and love you! Try using essential oils to help with your anxiety they do wonders! Trust me after my head on car accident and stroke I had anxiety anytime I had to get in a car and they helped me some oils you can even cook with them or put a drop or two into a drink such as a smoothie I love the lemon oil but they can only be put into drinks in a stainless steel or metal container if you use them in a styrofoam or plastic water bottle the cup/container disintegrates
My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA
1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
2/3 strawberries
5 blueberries
1 big juicy orange pepper
Half or full glass of water
This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

I really want to see smoothies without banana in this channel, because some people are allergic top banana and it's really hard to find something in smoothies instead of it

my friend is allergic to bananas so she subs with soaked almonds and avocado to get the creaminess
I’m allergic to banana, and I use sweet potato, mashed pumpkin, or yogurt to mimic the creaminess. All of these have a pretty mild flavor when blended up with the other ingredients.
Plantains also are a good substitute

What can I use in place of bananas? I'm allergic to raw bananas, upsets my stomach and makes me nauseous.
