I am afraid this is due to the fact that most if not all of the followers are women. Many of us are (sadly) easily fascinated by bright colors and cute bowls... Which is very naive. Also none of the people who comment on this section question the things Sadia says. BTW, if you read the information she wrote on calcium and additives you must know that carrageenan is classified as dangerous in countries from Europe. It is not indicated for consumption by people with certain pathologies or that are glucose intolerant. It is recommended to be avoided by all the others. I don't go into details but I sometimes put into question her knowledge as a dietetician.

I learned this one from Bobby Brown's beauty school when I used to work at a cosmetics department. 1 cup non dairy milk. 1/2 cup non dairy yogurt 1/2 cup of spinach 1/2 cup kale 1/2 black tart frozen cherries 1 Tbsp of chia seeds 1 1/2 Tbsps of Org. cocoa powder 1 scoop of favorite chocolate protein plant based.

I have a smoothie nearly every day and my go to now includes: frozen banana, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, ground flax, ground chia seeds, desiccated coconut, maple syrup, walnuts, sunflower kernels, homemade peanut butter if I have some (made with just peanuts!) and soy milk usually. I love it! But thank you for this video, I can't wait to try some new variations :D xx

My favorite smoothie: Handful of spinach or romaine, thumb of ginger, half a lime, half to 1 full banana depending on sweetness desired (frozen), half an avocado, 1T hemp hearts and 1.5 water. I mix this up sometimes with coconut yogurt or some frozen mango. So good!! Really excited to try yours out. The kids will love these.
I love The Hidden Life of Trees so much, it's such a wonderful book. Great smoothie ideas too, thanks for sharing! One I love is something I call banana milk. It's coconut milk (I use the califa brand mixed with almond milk) and a whole frozen banana it's great first thing in the morning.
I made my first smoothie bowel, 1banana 1 zucchini 1 tbs peanutbutter Honey to taste Molasses to taste Tahini(seasame butter) Spinach Water Mixed berries I sprinkled it with chia , walnuts, coconut flakes , and it was a delicious dessert . Thanks a lot.

Omg, I need to try all of these! They look amazing! My favourite breakfast smoothie is banana, oats, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut yoghurt and water. It's on the thicker side because the chia seeds gel it after a while, but it's super yummy. Just make sure to add enough water at the start.

I will definitely have to try some of these! My current go-to smoothie is from the Oh She Glows cookbook. I believe she calls it the Lean Green Machine; it has spinach, banana, blueberries, plant milk, chia seeds and nut butter. I usually add protein powder to mine, and depending on what I have on hand/what I am feeling, I will switch blueberries for another type of berry or put in pb2 powder instead of nut butter. I also like thick smoothies, so I add a good amount of ice to it. It's a very versatile recipe, and it's so delicious!

Just having a breakfast smoothie right now! ❤️ Chocolate smoothie: 2 bananas, 2 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp flax seeds, 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup water and 1 tsp cacao powder (you can add more if you’d like). [ *Edit:* yes, the smoothie is not super thick or exciting but in my defense: I need to go grocery shopping 😂]
Just tried this and it turned out great! When I first saw that it was very green I thought it would be too spinach-y but it has a very good chocolate flavor (I added 2 teaspoons). If anyone is reading this and considering trying it, I highly recommend it.
Can't wait to try these. One thing I've really enjoyed adding to my smoothies is a vanilla that I make myself. You take two Madagascar vanilla beans, score them down the middle, drop them in a good bottle of plain vodka for at least three months, and boom you've got amazing vanilla that you can use in smoothies or in baking.
I must tell you I have tried several of your recipes the oatmeal pancakes, your mushroom one pot pasta, and the black bean pasta. The smoothies look amazing. Will give them a try but they seem to shock me out. I am basically on a no sugar diet but love the natural sugars

And for liquid I use the same coconutmilk from alpro you where using, or coconut water, and always a splash of water. It is such a good taste, and I feel full for long 😊🧃
Love these! I’m starting to prep for the upcoming hectic school-year mornings by freezing batches in containers of these recipes. My favorite smoothie/shake as a kid in Panama was papaya, sugar, vanilla extract, ice cubes and milk. I’ve since updated it for my family by using coconut milk, subbing out the sugar and ice with frozen bananas and a couple of medjool dates. I also keep the vanilla extract if I have some. It’s so creamy and great with sandwiches or as a heavy snack!

A good vegan smoothie recipe that I use: Ingredients: Around 1 cup of frozen strawberries 1-2 fresh bananas ( depending on how thick and creamy you would like it ) 1/4 cup or slightly less of almond milk Combine strawberries with almond milk (you might need to melt the strawberries before blending, as they can be hard for the blender to blend up) until you get a smooth purée. If you don’t want seeds in your smoothie, Strain the smoothie then put it back in the blender. Now add the banana and mix for 45 seconds to evenly combine. Poor into a bowl or a glass and top with chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped up strawberries and freshly sliced bananas. (Optional) Enjoy😉🌷
I don't know your situation, and I don't claim to. I'm just speaking from my experience. :) I wanted to be a vegetarian for a really long time, and I even tried to do so in secret for a while haha! I was too nervous about what my parents and friends would say. When I finally "came out" so to speak, I was amazed by how supportive people were :) again, I don't know know your situation. Personally I’ve found onion and garlic worsen my symptoms the most! Especially when eaten raw. I suggest using scallions and garlic infused oil instead

I will definitely have to try some of these! My current go-to smoothie is from the Oh She Glows cookbook. I believe she calls it the Lean Green Machine; it has spinach, banana, blueberries, plant milk, chia seeds and nut butter. I usually add protein powder to mine, and depending on what I have on hand/what I am feeling, I will switch blueberries for another type of berry or put in pb2 powder instead of nut butter. I also like thick smoothies, so I add a good amount of ice to it. It's a very versatile recipe, and it's so delicious!
I now know what my next 5 breakfasts will be. Thanks

I have started to incorporate smoothies into my life after seeing your videos. Also wanting to tone my body and be a bit more healthy. My go to smoothie is definitely the blue berry one ! Color Taste and Texture is awesome.
My go TO is
1/2 cup of frozen mixed Blueberry raspberry and strawberry
1/2 Cup of pineapple mango peach
1 cup of Cranberry Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup of Trader Joe's Granola
Mix

Smoothies are normally an occasional thing for me, but I bit the inside of my cheek and as I'm healing I'm relying on nutritious smoothies. They may become a more regular part of my diet now because they are delightful. Thank you for the beautiful ideas!

Chocolate smoothie: 2 bananas, 2 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp flax seeds, 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup water and 1 tsp cacao powder (you can add more if you’d like).
[ *Edit:* yes, the smoothie is not super thick or exciting but in my defense: I need to go grocery shopping 😂]
Just tried this and it turned out great! When I first saw that it was very green I thought it would be too spinach-y but it has a very good chocolate flavor (I added 2 teaspoons). If anyone is reading this and considering trying it, I highly recommend it.
Can't wait to try these. One thing I've really enjoyed adding to my smoothies is a vanilla that I make myself. You take two Madagascar vanilla beans, score them down the middle, drop them in a good bottle of plain vodka for at least three months, and boom you've got amazing vanilla that you can use in smoothies or in baking.

I must tell you I have tried several of your recipes the oatmeal pancakes, your mushroom one pot pasta, and the black bean pasta. The smoothies look amazing. Will give them a try but they seem to shock me out. I am basically on a no sugar diet but love the natural sugars

Avocado, celery, spinach, zucchini, mango, pineapple, and some seeds like chia, hemp, flax or some oats. And for liquid I use the same coconutmilk from alpro you where using, or coconut water, and always a splash of water. It is such a good taste, and I feel full for long 😊🧃

Love these! I’m starting to prep for the upcoming hectic school-year mornings by freezing batches in containers of these recipes. My favorite smoothie/shake as a kid in Panama was papaya, sugar, vanilla extract, ice cubes and milk. I’ve since updated it for my family by using coconut milk, subbing out the sugar and ice with frozen bananas and a couple of medjool dates. I also keep the vanilla extract if I have some. It’s so creamy and great with sandwiches or as a heavy snack!

A good vegan smoothie recipe that I use:
Ingredients:
Around 1 cup of frozen strawberries
1-2 fresh bananas ( depending on how thick and creamy you would like it )
1/4 cup or slightly less of almond milk
Combine strawberries with almond milk (you might need to melt the strawberries before blending, as they can be hard for the blender to blend up) until you get a smooth purée. If you don’t want seeds in your smoothie, Strain the smoothie then put it back in the blender.
Now add the banana and mix for 45 seconds to evenly combine. Poor into a bowl or a glass and top with chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped up strawberries and freshly sliced bananas. (Optional)

I don't know your situation, and I don't claim to. I'm just speaking from my experience. :) I wanted to be a vegetarian for a really long time, and I even tried to do so in secret for a while haha! I was too nervous about what my parents and friends would say. When I finally "came out" so to speak, I was amazed by how supportive people were :) again, I don't know know your situation. You know whats best for you

I love dates, peanut butter, frozen banana, a little milk to mix, maybe some spinach +/or hemp seed. It's kinda like a caramelly PB'n'J smoothie. Loved the video.

Personally I’ve found onion and garlic worsen my symptoms the most! Especially when eaten raw. I suggest using scallions and garlic infused oil instead
