¼ cup almond milk, or milk of choice
⅓ cup coconut water
⅔ cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup mini cucumber, sliced
2 oz tofu
1 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup ice cubes

1 cup roasted sweet potato cubes
1 carrot peeled & diced
¼ cup yogurt of choice
½ cup nut milk of choice
½ cup carrot juice
1 cup ice
honey, to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of nutmeg

⅓ cup cooked quinoa
1 banana, frozen
½ avocado
1 cup spinach
2 tsp maple syrup

¼ cup red beets, cooked (canned)
⅓ cup white beans
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds

I get a lot of requests for meal replacements, so I hope these smoothies can help you out! I tried to include things I would in a meal- like veggies, carbs, fat and protein! So these are a little odd, but I hope you’re intrigued enough to try :) muNch love!

Mind Over Munch can you do some nut free recipes and will cows milk work instead of nut milk...
regular milk would probably work, you could also go for soy products if you're not allergic to that too!
Mind Over Munch I recently learned u can put the bottom of blenders on the tops of Marion jars. maybe whip them up like that and save a dish or two.

Would I be able to sub pure vanilla extract for the vanilla bean? Where I live vanilla beans are VERY expensive. How much would I have to use?
I'd start with 1/4 tsp and adjust to your taste preference, vanilla extract is very strong to me so I tend to use less than other people :) But yes you can definitely replace the bean if you can't get ahold of it!
You could use vanilla bean paste. It is a middle ground between extract and whole beans in terms of price.

I tried the smoothies! I think my fave was the strawberry! my blender is really old so it had a hard time blending the carrot smoothie. the beet also was a bit chunky. I think you should try for yourself to see what works for you!

I just would like to honestly thank you for these videos.
I'm having bad stomach issues and I work 9.5 hour days.So not only do I have to do major diet changes, but I don't have a lot of time. these videos have not only helped me, but given me a lot of hope. Thank you. I love all of your videos SO much.

I am so glad you are finding them useful, thank you so so much! Happy to have you here :) I haven't tried freezing these specifically so I can't say for sure, but I've frozen many smoothies with success, just give them a good mix after thawing :)

My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed the recipes :) and you can of course modify them to accommodate your allergies! You can use any milk of your choosing really, and substitute for other ingredients as needed :)
That is really a good idea to my life style and work, as a doctor I have oncalls which is a 24 hour work in the hospital and I don't get a real "break" I get a free time between being called to see a patient that results in eating cereal multiple times during oncall as it doesn't need preparing, heating and is fast to eat, I need something at store well, light to carry and fast to consume, no wonder I keep losing weight
Yes these recipes are great for an active, busy lifestyle - so we can still nourish and fuel our bodies even if we don't always have time to sit down and eat a meal! Glad these recipes might be useful for you :)

This is great! I drink a berry, banana, almond milk, spinach, honey, and greek yogurt smoothie for my breakfast most of the time. Gonna try the blueberry smoothie right now... Maybe without the beans though because baby steps, lol. :D

These are best when made, but you can probably put them in the fridge for the day and shake them up before enjoying :) Or you could freeze into ice cubes and blend with liquid later!

Hi Alyssia, I'm so glad I found your channel. You have so many great ideas on how to make veggies easier to eat. I have ARFID and my problem is mostly with texture. I'm also gluten intolerant. I'd love more recipes where I can incorporate more disguised veggies in my diet. For winter it was easy as I'd blend them all into soups and season them well but now that summer is coming, it's more difficult as it will be too hot to eat soup. Any tips and recipes would be greatly appreciated

Hi Alyssia, this smoothies are really interesting mixes and looks delicious. Actually I'm about to star a smoothie business but it will be a bit difficult, i'm nervous because people are kind of skeptical wiht healthy food, but your ideas are awesome and I confess: I will use one or two of your smoothises! :)

I'm loving smoothies. They actually help my sugar to stay down. I love this tutorial. I have a question though, why tofu? I love the little glasses you used for your smoothies where did you get those? can you sweet potato carrot pie smoothie. It says nut milk, can I use almond milk?

I used raw cauliflower in this episode! You could use cooked, too if you prefer. The sweet potato cubes were roasted :) Glad you enjoyed the video!
Do the oats stay whole if you don't grind them up by themselves before adding them to the smoothie? I plan on using a ninja blender. and thanks for this video! You make healthy eating seem so much more attainable!
You may have some chunks, but I found that my oats blended up just fine :) So glad this video is useful for you! :)
Pretty excited to try as many of these as I can get ingredients for (trying to add some variety to breakfast!). I live in Japan so vegetable juices are basically nonexistant... any suggestion to sub out the carrot juice in #2?
Yay so glad you like these recipes!! You could try another juice, like apple juice or orange juice, as long as it has no added sugar! Or you could try juicing some carrots yourself!

the only substitute milk I like is coconut milk... can I use that for all the recipes instead of the almond milk and other ones?

Hi Alyssia, this is a great idea for me because I'm Intermittet fasting and sometimes I find really hard to eat enough food in my eating window without feeling stuffed and disgusting. I wonder if you have the Macros for the smoothies, that would be even more helpful!

You could replace tofu with another creamy protein element, like white beans!

The Pro oat ein one I can taste the cauliflower, I didn't like it may be because I hate hate cauliflower. But the beet and bean is my favorite yeah.
