    Recipe Ingredients:
    - 350g Pork Belly
    - 100g Onion
    - 100g Kimchi
    - 1 Cup of Left Over Rice
    - 100g Corn
    - 100g Mozzarella Cheese
    - 1 Egg
    - Seaweed (optional)
    Sauce
    ~ 1 Tbsp Gochujang/Korean Chili Paste
    ~ 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    - 2 tsp Sesame Oil
    - 2 tsp Honey
    Instructions:
    1. Cut the pork belly into small cubes, cook in a pan in high heat until brown on both sides. Remove from pan, set aside while you chop the onions.
    2. Dice the onions into medium small pieces, throw them into the same frying pan and cook the onions until brown.
    3. Without removing the onion, add in leftover rice, stir until the rice is mixed with the pork belly fat and the onions.
    4. Make the sauce: Mix together gochujang, soysauce, sesame oil and honey. Add half the sauce into the fried rice, give it a few stirs, then add the rest of the sauce. Stir until all the rice is covered in sauce, then use your spatula and flatten the rice. Let it sit for around 2-3 mins on medium heat until the bottom is crunchy. Give it a few more stirs, then gather all the rice in the middle of the pan. Scoop in some corn and sprinkle cheese all over the sides. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt. Sprinkle seaweed ontop.
