    Recipe Ingredients:
    [Steak]
    - 250-300g Striploin Steak
    - 1 tsp Salt & Black Pepper
    - 2 tsp Canola Oil
    - 4-6g Unsalted butter
    Rest Steak for 10-15 minutes after cooking.
    [Creamy Shiitake Mushrooms]
    - 100g Shiitake Mushrooms
    - 1 tsp Onion Powder
    - 1 tsp Thyme
    - 1 tsp Black Pepper
    - 100ml Heavy Cream
    [Omelette]
    - 2-3g Unsalted butter
    - 3 Large Eggs
    - 15-20ml Heavy Cream
    [Nordic Blend Salad]
    - Nordic Blend Salad
    - 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
    - 1 tsp Honey
    - Choice of any kind of bread. Roasted Garlic Rosemary Bread was used in video.

    Instructions:
    1. Season all sides of your steak with black pepper and salt. Add oil to a pan, sear 1 side of your steak, wait around 3 mins and flip to the other side. Add a cube of butter, use a spoon to scoop the melted butter and pour it over your steak. After around 3-4 mins, repeat the process on the other side of your steak. Make sure to sear the sides as well until brown. Set aside to cool.
    2. In the same pan, add in your mushrooms, black pepper, onion powder and thyme. Give it a mix so the mushrooms are covered in the butter, add heavy cream and mix until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
    3. Slice any kind of break of your choice, we used a Roasted Garlic Rosemary Bread from our local bakery. On a clean pan, add some butter and place your bread onto the pan in low heat. Toast each side until brown.
    4. In a measuring cup, whisk in your eggs and add some heavy cream. On a clean pan, add in more butter and pour in your egg mixture. In med low heat, carefully stir the egg mixture, don't over stir or else it will break the egg apart. Put a lid on top to slowly cook your omelette.
    5. place the omelette, mushrooms and salad onto a plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and some honey onto your salad. Cut your steak into thin slices and add it ontop.
