We used burrata cheese but you can substitute with any popular cheese types you want. The drizzle of balsamic glaze dressing makes it taste even better.

    Recipe Ingredients:
    [Pizza Dough]
    - 1 & 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    - 1 tsp Salt
    - 1 tsp Sugar
    - 100ml Warm Water
    - 1 tsp Yeast
    - Olive Oil
    Rest dough for 2-3 hours or refrigerate overnight.
    [Pizza Sauce]
    - 200-250g Tomatoes
    - 10g Garlic
    - 2 tsp Olive Oil
    - 1 tsp Salt
    - 1 tsp Black Pepper
    Broil at 500°F (260°C) for 5 Minutes
    [Cheese and Dough]
    - Burrata Cheese
    Bake at 500°F (260°C) for 15-20 Minutes
    [Butter Garlic Sauce]
    - 20-30ml Melted Butter
    - 2 Cloves of Garlic
    [Toppings]
    - Arugula
    - Prosciutto
    - Balsamic Vinegar
    - Honey
    Instructions:
    1. Whisk flour, salt and sugar together, set aside. Add yeast into a 100ml of warm water, stir until dissolved. At your yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
    2. With your hands, knead the dough until all the flour is no longer sticking to the bowl. In a separate bowl, add oil and spread it all over the bowl. Roll your dough into a ball and place into the bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
    3. Once your dough has risen, place the dough into a pan. Use you hands to spread the dough to make sure it covers the whole pan. Make sure the spread it thinly or else the dough will turn out really thick.
    4. For the sauce, cut up some tomatoes and crush 3 garlic cloves. Place the tomatoes and garlic into a oven pan. Cover it with a layer of olive oil to prevent it from burning, season with salt and pepper. Broil the ingredients at 500F for 5 minutes. Once it is done, the tomatoes and garlic should be a little burnt. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Spread the sauce onto your pizza dough.
    5. Grab your cheese and spread it all over the pizza. Bake in oven at 500F for 15-20 mins.
    6. For the butter garlic sauce, melt the butter into a bowl and add in the minced garlic. Mix the sauce together and with a brush, spread it all over the crust of your pizza.
    7. Add the prosciutto and arugula on top. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey on top.
