  • Ever tried a No Bake Manga Graham Float Mango Dessert before? It is a Filipino style dessert with graham crackers covered in layers of fresh mangoes and homemade whipped cream with condensed milk. Topping the layer with crushed graham crackers makes it the best mango float recipe. You can make the mango float in a tub or use a glass Tupperware like we did. The mango float main ingredients are simply graham crackers, mangoes and cream, the finished product is almost like a icebox cake. The best thing of it all is that this recipe requires no baking at all! All you need to do is stick it in the fridge overnight and it will be ready the next day!

    Recipe Ingredients:
    - 600g Mangoes
    - 2 Cups Whipping Cream
    - 100ml Condensed Milk
    - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    - 1-2 Cups Evaporated Milk
    - 1-2 Packs Honey Grahams
    -1/2 Cup Crushed Grahams for Topping
    Refrigerate for 6 Hours or Overnight

    Instructions:
    1. Cut your mango into thin long slices and set them aside.
    2. In a mixing bowl, add whipping cream and mix on high speed until cream thickens. Then add in the condensed milk, mix on low speed until everything is mixed together. Add and fold in vanilla extract, set aside for plating.
    3. Pour in some evaporated milk into a tupperware, dip your graham crackers into the milk, you want so soak up the crackers. Then place it flat into another tupperware. Continue the process until you covered the bottom.
    4. Spread in your whipped cream, then add a layer of mangoes on top. Repeat step 3 and 4 until you reach to the top of your tupperware. Your last layer should be whipped cream.
    5. Close the tub with either a lid or plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for 6hrs or overnight.
    6. Once it's chilled, blend some left over graham crackers and sprinkle it all over the top of your mango float.
