Yaki Udon Stir Fried Noodles | 焼きうどん

Easy udon noodle recipe called yaki udon. A stir fry noodles recipe with japanese udon, meat and cabbage. You can substitute with different types of noodles but we prefer thick noodle for this dish. Perfect for lunch and dinner!

Recipe Ingredients:
- 150-200g Napa Cabbage
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 600ml Water
- 1 Pack Udon
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 150-200g Thinly Sliced Beef
- 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Yakiniku Sauce
- Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions:
1. Chop the veggies and garlic into thin pieces. Put aside.
2. Boil the udon, take it out when its halfway done, you don't want fully cooked udon here because you will be stir frying them later.
3. On med high heat, add oil and add garlic. Stir until garlic is slightly brown, then add your meat slices. Once the meat is almost fully cooked, add in your veggies. Keep stirring until veggies are soft. Add in your udon, give it another stir.
4. Add light soysauce, dark soysauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper and a bit of yakiniku sauce. Stir until sauce is fully incorporated with the noodles.
5. Plate your yaki udon, garnish with chopped green onions.
