People in these comments complaining- well these guys aren't into rock. Especially rock from 50 years ago. So they aren't going to react the same way we are, we who know they're the greatest band who ever lived, drummer guitarist and vocalist. But for 4 African American young men to open themselves up to listen, for one, and then appreciate the guitar and vocals just shows how far this band can reach. Watching the guy on the right straight up geek out over Plants vocals just made my whole month. I love it. I hope they discover more and better LZ songs and performances.

Saw Zeppelin 7 times in the 70's --- Four times in the course of one week, actually. First in San Diego, then a friend and I went up to LA to see them twice, then Zepplin did another show at the San Diego Sports Arena. Seeing them in concert was an experience almost beyond words. They were a force of nature and hours after the last note was played, their sheer power was still shaking your soul.

@@gertie2454 I didn't want to start an argument. I think it's AWESOME that you saw them live. I almost went to the Tampa show in 77. But they really did stop the band and touring after Bonzo died. I quote from a book by Keith Shadwick, "Led Zeppelin. The Story of a Band and Their Music 1968-1980": (Peter) Grant recalled the beginning of that 'difficult period'. "After the funeral we all went to Jersey. But we all had that trouble with the [London] Evening Standard saying dreadful things...They came back from Jersey: I booked a suite for afternoon tea at the Savoy. And they all looked at me and asked what I thought. I said it just couldn't go on because it was the four of them, and they were all relieved because they had decided the same... You have to realize that for Led Zeppelin to make that music it needed the four of them to do it. And now that was gone." Bonham died in September of 1980 and an official announcement was made in December of 1980. There have been 4 one-off performances since that announcement. Philadelphia for Live Aid in 1985. Atlantic Records 40th Anniversary in 1988. Their induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1995. Celebration Day, A Concert for Ahmet Ertegan, December 10, 2007 at the O2 Arena, London.

Your videos are so fun. Love how stuff happens in real time. Taking a phone call, going to the bathroom, just whatever. I can relate! Keep it up, love all your stuff that I have seen so far. Zeppelin has been one of my favorites for a LONG time. I have seen so many topic reactions, so it was cool to see you all stretch out to music also. Love being a part of the Cartier Family!
You guys Led Zeppelin made a movie called The Song Remains the Same and it was probably the most seen movie of its time. It's funny how you mentioned at the beginning of the song it sounded like the forest....
You nailed it. The movie is amazing and the whole thing is their song's. A must see for the senses for sure 💕
Nah.
Jaws was the most seen movie of that time hehe.
Zeppelin are awesome though.
Thank you for the Zeppelin reaction! Anything from Zep will blow you away!
My favorite part of the day? Watching you all. It warms my heart and reminds me when my sons were in high school and college and had their friends at our home. ❤️🥰
One of the greatest rock bands of all time! Their catalog is endless.
During the mid 70's our school dances played this as the last slow song of the dance because it was so romantic sounding and really long. Brings back some really fond memories. 🎸👩❤️👨
One of the best gifts you can give yourself is to turn off the lights, put on headphones, and listen to the album version of this. Amazing. Also listen to this same song done by Heart.
Yes, please!
Never stop the video in the middle of a guitar solo 😊
One of the greatest live performances of all time
Yup and they just missed it all
Master of puppets from Metallica is way too fire and upbeat! You need to react!!
Good one!!!
Exactly! 💯
Also Fade to Black. But intro at the beginning ...ever !
@@sherrybrown310 This is the most requested rock song ever on the radio ,, And its from 1972 Led Zep has sold over 300 million LPS ,, Metallica 120 million ,,,,

The best rock and roll band of all time ! When giants walked the earth - from 1968 to 1980. They called it quits when their drummer passed away.
No auto tune, no help from technology….that’s pure talent….legendary level stuff.❤️🎼🎶❤️ you’re really just getting started on rock n roll….so many out there…..enjoy! 😎
That’s bullshit! They had all kinds of technology! Electricity, microphones, the effects on the guitars and vocals! Seriously!
@@Gabriel_Moline pedals and electricity - not what I meant. I’ll rephrase:
No help from modern technology…..at the time of this album,we were still making albums and 45’s……
Firstly...I love seeing you men allowing yourselves to be open to all types of music just for the love of music! I see my grandson who loves music in you all...and..being a person of "mixed races" from the 70's...followed what sang true to her heart. My #1 classic rock band is Led Zepplin. My advice as an almost 60 year old being...is keep being open to what seems good..keep it simple (yes young sirs...I watched your "Simple Man" video. 😊 Know...us grandmas hold a place for y'all to make a difference....😘❤. Be the change! Break down the walls of division...
Very well said.
I see them as Americans!
I am grateful that our music lives on. I hope you all learn something from this. Been watching you for a while. Always LISTEN
I’m an old guy and huge Zepp fan but this is one of the rare times I think y’all were better off listening to a studio cut or different live version. This version is very different to me
Agreed
Exactly. lol that live was crap for that song. They musta been black molly’d the heck out. 😂😂😂
Same goes for "since I've been loving you" although I do kind of have one exception for both songs the 02 arena celebration day concert. Later in life as older gentlemen just killing it. Oh also hearts cover at the Kennedy center honors is perfection perfected.
That Heart cover is great
FRANCIS, SO RIGHT YOU ARE AS THIS LIVE VERSION IS NOT AS GOOD AS JIMMY PLAYING THAT TELECASTER LEAD BREAK IN THE STUDIO.
One of the greatest guitar solos of all time.... and you hit pause!!!
Favorite question "Is it weird to feel this in your spine?" 🙌🏽🤣🤣🔥🔥🥰🥰
You have NO idea how many Led Zeppelin albums I wore out. Vinyl albums. It does my heart good to see you enjoying all the classics! ❤
You need to do another Led Zeppelin song live without any interruptions and take it seriously because they deserve the respect.
legally I don't think they can. These reaction videos have to pause or they violate copyright laws. just saying.
@@tlgeros1 The problem is they stop it at the wrong times. This isnt the best version to hear it for the first time.
EXACTLY
Saw Zeppelin 7 times in the 70's --- Four times in the course of one week, actually. First in San Diego, then a friend and I went up to LA to see them twice, then Zepplin did another show at the San Diego Sports Arena.
Seeing them in concert was an experience almost beyond words. They were a force of nature and hours after the last note was played, their sheer power was still shaking your soul.
just know that for one thing this a live performance which to me is amazing. and they were all in their mud 20's. Also, " mind expansion " was a thing that a lot of us were in tune with. ❤️✌️
I absolutely love you guys. Even if I’ve heard a song a million times watching you all watch it for the first time is like I’m hearing it for the first time. Thank you for creating one of the most upbeat, positive and fun channels on UA-cam. Keep experiencing. Without music the world would be nothing!♥️
Pink Floyd-Comfortably Numb at Pulse Concert
Dire Straits-Sultans of Swing live at Alchemy
Guns N' Roses-Sweet Child O' Mine
Greatest Guitar Solos ever
I had the privilege to see them at their last tour only the drummer wasn't part of the original band. It was his son at the drum. 30 years on I still see it as the best concert that I ever see and yes this is his voice
Yup! Was in freshman year of H.S. I will always love this song!!!! It's iconic!!
99% of 70's rock you need to be high to really appreciate!! Takes you to another place😉
When you listen to Led Zeppelin you got to feel it not just listen to it
“All along the Watchtower” is definitely one of my favorites. Jimmy Hendrix. 🔥
Definitely recommend “Since I’ve been loving you” live from Madison from them as well. Best guitar solo, amazing vocals, blues influenced heavily. Also, Tom Morelo from Rage against the machine is mixed but, also one hell of a guitar player.
Make sure you know Lex Zeppelin is the main inspiration too most rock/metal bands, when asked. Ask Tool, Slayer, Journey, Slipknot, Motley Crue, etc…They are foundation of MODERN sound rock/metal. BEST EVER💯🔥🔥
Led Zeppelin greatest band ever my very first concert was Led Zeppelin in 1973 at the original Chicago Stadium 8th row rock out I was only 14 years old Best Time Ever
By far greatest band of all time, it's not even close
Ok love Jimmy Page and so many other guitarist but Eddie Van Halen's "Eruption" solo was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Ya'll need to check out the official video. You won't regret it.
EVH along with Page, the 2 GOATS in my opinion!
Oh you guys are the cutest!!!!! You all are bringing such love to my soul. ❤
One of the best songs ever!!! ❤
John the drummer was the best, every other drummer uses a double kick pedal, to do what John done with one, he was that fast, loud, and amazing!
Thanks for checking out my favorite band
Since 69 Led Zeppelin ❤
Pink Floyd is the Band, David Gilmour is the player, Sorrow is the song, Live from the Pulse concert 1994....................................F I R E!
Easily one of the top 5 rock songs of all time! Just incredible!
Today’s top guitarist talk about Jeff Beck and Eddie Van Halen , and rightfully so, those guys saw this performance when they were young bucks. Inspirational for sure.🎉
Raw voice ...and no Auto tune back then ...pure raw talent
Bless you my friends ...you have just listened to the greatest Rock Group of ALL_TIME...please enjoy and by all means venture down the rabbit hole ! :) Peace and love
Now this is song writing at it's best! One of the Greatest Bands in the world!!!!!
You really need to see them live! I saw them live in 1970 & Plant's voice is something else!
I would be kinda hard to do, now that Bonham has gone.
@@davidsimmons9763 Really? Led Zeppelin did regroup & tour after Bonham's death. I just wanted to say that to hear them live was sublime!
@@gertie2454 I didn't want to start an argument. I think it's AWESOME that you saw them live. I almost went to the Tampa show in 77.
But they really did stop the band and touring after Bonzo died. I quote from a book by Keith Shadwick, "Led Zeppelin. The Story of a Band and Their Music 1968-1980":
(Peter) Grant recalled the beginning of that 'difficult period'. And now that was gone."
Bonham died in September of 1980 and an official announcement was made in December of 1980.
Concerts are fun, but listening to the studio version first is a must for most artists. One exception I can think of is The Eagles. Their concert was like being in the studio with them. Perfection!!!
CAROL, NO DOUBT, THE EAGLES HARMONIES ALONG WITH THE MUSIC THEY PROVIDED WAS ONE OF THE BEST SINCE THE BEATLES, IF NOT BETTER!
@@claudedalton8970 I totally agree about the Beatles. I never got to see them in concert, though. The Eagles concert was so perfect, I was blown away! There was even a guy who snuck out to discreetly set up different guitars for different songs! More importantly, no tediously long improvised drum or guitar solos!!!
@@carolking1502 YES, IT'S GREAT TO HAVE SOMEONE DO THE TUNING AND GUITAR CHANGES FOR YOU AS AN OLD MUSICIAN MYSELF...ALWAYS HAD TO DO THAT MYSELF..LOL!!!!...I DID HAVE TO PLAY FREEBIRD AS THE LEAD AND THAT WAS TEDIOUS FOR SURE!!!!..LOL!!!
@@carolking1502 AND IT'S A PLEASURE CHATTING WITH YOU!
@@claudedalton8970 Every boy I went to high school with would cry to hear a guitarist call Free Bird tedious!😂 I couldn't count how many of them tried to learn guitar just to play that song! It was practically the anthem of our high school years, at least of our parties!!!
Thanks for confirming, from a professional stand, how wonderful the Eagles are!
