This is the greatest transformation of somebody getting into shape I've ever seen.
I think Chriss Pratt is about equal. But yeah, this is still out of this world. Huge props to this guy, there's only so many people on this world that could pull off the same results.

What's great about this and chris pratt is that they were both fat. Many other celebrities just got buff from being thin, or got more buff. Theres a particular discipline in growing muscle, but when you include losing fat into the equation, that's even more incredible.

About a week ago, I thought “what ever happened to Ethan Suplee?” So I searched his name and saw that he’d transformed. As a fat to fit guy myself (112 lbs down) I was so happy for and proud of him. I am proud AF to watch this video, he’s a total beast!

Keep at it man, I knew a few football players that lost a good amount of weight within months. All they did was routine exercises consistently, nothing fancy. Pretty sure one of them didn't even bother to diet, he just worked for 45 minute at least 3 days a week for 6 months in the off-season and he jogged maybe every few days.

What's also amazing is that he's 43. it's not easy to suddenly change your life so drastically at an age where things are starting to break down and not work so well. it's easy at this age to sort of become lazy an start to just accept things instead of change them. Anyone remember how my name is earl just ended on a cliffhanger and he never finished the list? They should make a my name is earl movie right now set years in the future since all the actors have aged and have it be about Earl and Randy trying to finish the last list item. And Randy being super jacked and scary could be a really funny gag in the movie, like Randy went from a fat slob to a badass stereotypical meathead. I feel like Ethan Suplee could really make that roll super hilarious since he’s always sort of cast as the dumb guy.

As someone who used to be 60lbs heavier. I regret following the advice you're preaching. I focused on losing weight first.
The problem with that is you'll lose body fat but you'll lose muscle too. Then you're not as lean. Because your ratio of muscle to fat will stay the same. You must increase muscle and decrease fat in order to get lean(lower body fat percentages)
Changing this mentality I was able to drop from 215 to 195 (22% body fat to 15%ish) I'm stronger than I was at 215.
I bench 10lbs more than I did at 215 because I'm more consistent with my workouts, I eat right and sleep right.
Just hit a new PR in overhead press today also.

The Butterfly Effect was a really slept on movie. Super depressing though, which I guess is kind of why it wasn’t a hit. It’s hard to get excited about something you know ends sad as fuck. Ashton Kutcher surprisingly did a real good performance in that too. And the actress as well I forget her name. Kind of a shame she didn’t get much after that role. That chick was pretty banging in her prime.

I did too.lol My exact words were.. "I'm gonna get jacked!" Lol I had medical issues as a result of being 484lbs. I've lost 200lbs so far and have become a personal trainer. Strength training saved my life!!

I always like him as an actor. Thought he was talented and I hated to see him so big because I felt he would die young but when I seen him in Wolf of wall Street I was happy to see him change his life around and couldn't believe that was him. Keep up the great work.

Thank you Ethan! I remember you from 'My Name is Earl' and then recently saw you on 'The Santa Clarita Diet', I then googled you. Wow! What an amazing transformation. I've been through a similar journey myself, about 7 years ago, over a one year period I managed to lose 45 kilos, through lots of exercise and healthy eating. I managed to keep the weight off for years, but! Living in lockdown I've struggled a lot, and unfortunately put on about 20 kilos over this last year, taking me up to 105 kilos. Just looking at how amazing you look on before and after pictures on the net, has really given me some major inspiration. This last week, I've started eating healthier, exercising daily, and I'm already starting to see the benefits. Thank you for being such an inspiration and providing me with that boost I so badly needed to get my health and wellbeing back on track. Thank you! :))

I read that he met his wife when they were 16 and they've been married for 15+ years. Sounded like he was saying he lost weight to get the girl but he really meant he wanted longevity so he could stick around to spend more years with his wife.

His movies were the hits of my teens. It's so cool to see him doing well and transitioning to a healthy lifestyle. Also, I love the beard; it's a keeper.
Glad to see he started taking his health seriously, didn't think he was going to be around for long. Again props to him for making that change.
imho it's not very healthy now too, because he obviously uses steroids.

First steroids are healthy in moderation, you have the internet, actually read something instead of being a human sponge.
